    The firm shall submit material test certificates viz chemical and
    1 mechanical properties for all the parts from the source.  

    Due care shall be taken to ensure quality of welding and after


    fabrication, the weld areas shall be pickled and passivated.
    Fabrication of the assembly shall be carried out by qualified welders.

    Welder qualification certificate shall be submitted along with the
    offer.

    The surface of complete assembly shall be buff finished.

    The product sample shall be approved before mass production.

    Dimensional check sheets for parts and assembly shall be submitted


    5 along with the supplies.  

    Each component shall be marked with corresponding drawing number


    6 with a permanent marker.  

    The supplier shall submit confirmation for the above points along
    7 with their technical offer.  
