The Enhanced School Development Plan (ESIP) is the foundation for the continual execution of school programs, initiatives, and activities
for the improvement of both physical and academic elements. If the specified and recognized programs, projects, and activities are fulfilled
or not, the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) is given greater attention. In this sense, if a school wishes to review what went well and what
went wrong with the PPAs, an ESIP revisit is a requirement.
Kinyaman Elementary School, in accordance with this, revisited the contents of the Enhanced School Improvement Plan (ESIP) on
June 29, 2021. The School Planning Team (SPT), led by the SPT leader, the head teacher, collaborated on the activity. The various Project
Teams collaborated with the SPT in assessing and evaluating the impact of the school's various projects. Brainstorming, group dynamics, and
even focus group discussion were all key activities in the revisit. Each Project Team leader was given the chance to discuss and explain the
findings of the project they were responsible for. Every member offered suggestions on how the PPAs may be enhanced and made to
contribute more to the achievement of desired learning objectives. Furthermore, the group found and presented actual evidences related
to various activities included in each project that enhance the teaching-learning process, particularly during pandemic.

Last June 29 at 9:00 a.m., the head teacher, teachers, some PTA members, the Barangay Kagawad incharge of Education, the Parent
of the Supreme Pupil Government President, and some stakeholders met in accordance with safety standards to discuss the ESIP.
Because everyone who had been invited had arrived, it was simple to get the meeting going. The conversation was conducted by Mrs.
Marie Antonette A. Romasanta, the school’s Head Teacher. The discussion began with the current circumstances, the obstacles faced,
and the issues encountered as the epidemic progressed and cases increased. She then went on to explain why it is necessary to re-
identify key areas and provide answers to the school's challenges. All of this is in order to accomplish DepEd's aim of providing quality
education to Filipino students. Members of the SPT voiced their thoughts. Suggestions for improving the delivery of teaching and
learning. As preparations, if face-to-face lessons are permitted, make the school suitable to learning. They also recommend that health
and safety procedures be followed.
During this pandemic, there was also a debate on the school's goals for each population. Despite the fact that the epidemic persists,
there is always a method to enable students learn and be productive. Moreover, the SPT's commitment to attaining this aim was
addressed. Following the briefings, the school principal asked everyone whether they completely understood their role in carrying
out the revisit plans. She highlighted the significance of devotion and commitment as they carry out their obligations and duties for the
benefit of the students and the community.
