CREATURES: THEXX ~ THREAD WALKER

THREAD WALKER 4(12)

Thread walkers appear humanoid from a distance. In fact, they’re puppet-like facades
dressed in harvested human skin and clothing that hide a mass of writhing, milk-white
tendrils inside. These tendrils make up a portion of a larger transdimensional race (or
single entity?) called the Thread. Some Thread subunits learn about humans by creating
puppets from small bits of themselves, sculpting them into human-shaped bodies covered
with skin harvested from humans, garments, gloves, hoods, and masks. These Thread
walkers sometimes even take on the semblance of individuality, though this is not long
tolerated by the Thread.
Thread walkers are intensely interested in humans, though not in any one person’s Thread walkers hail from
welfare. Thread walkers study humans like a particularly uncompassionate Aeon Priest a bizarre dimension

Some Thread walkers partly abandon their human facade and extend tendrils to attempt to
immobilize a target within immediate range as an attack. A target who fails a Might defense
task remains immobile, unable to take physical actions, and takes 5 points of constriction
damage each round they fail to escape. GM Intrusion: The
