ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
The test has passed if no leaks persist after tightening PASS
Append this report to an NCR if it fails FAIL
Observations:
After pump stopped when the test pressure had reached the specified pressure, the pressure was maintained for more
than 30min. Within this period, the pressure was kept stable, and no water leakage, seepage or unallowable
deformation occurred, acceptable. Pressure drop only by 0.1 bar during this period.
The chloride content of water used to hydrostatic test was 13.92ppm as per report, not exceed 50ppm which the
standard required.
Visual inspection made of all joints and connections at a pressure not less than the test pressure divided by 1.3
