I would like to request permission to conduct a LAC Session entitled, Strengthening One’s Commitment
and Professional Ethics on December 7, 2021 to be held at Mangaldan Central School.

Participants in this training are Grade 3 Teachers with an expected number of 11 attendees via face to
face. The amount of expenses is P 660.00 charged to personal funds.

The objectives of this training/activity are:

1. Strengthen teacher’s work commitment and professional ethics to maintain a dignified personality.
2. Understand the importance of work commitment that leads to better productivity.
3. Share experiences and practices showing commitment to work and professional ethics.

In view of the Covid-19 situation, we will observe the guidelines pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No.
052, s. 2020 consistent with the policies set forth by the Inter-Agency Task force for the Management
Emerging Infectious Diseases (AITF) and the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
