6. ESV hydraulic sliding piston DP-test checked found ok.

8. Actuator dismantled found housing heavy corrosion.
9. Actuator I-H converter mounting box should be donefo testing.
10. Safety block should be done testing.
11. Actuator Cylinder O-ring compressed. New one replacement
should be done.
12. Turbine front pedestal top cover dismantled.
13. Turbine Rear pedestal top cover dismantled.

15. Turbine rotor GBC-1,2,3,4 dismantled. Found ok.
16. Turbine steam chamber and BP-gland dismantled. Found ok.
17. Turbine rotor front and rear steam gland dismantled. Found ok.
18. Turbine rotor front and rear oil gland dismantled. Found ok.
19. Turbine top casing dismantled. Found exhaust nozzles missing
20. Turbine rotor dismantled.
21. Turbine rotor 19 stages found.
22. Turbine rotor front and rear journal shaft, steam gland fins slightly
found scale.
23. Turbine rotor front and rear journal shaft burnishing should be
done.
24. Turbine rotor blades physically inspection found ok.
25. Turbine rotor internal fins physically inspected. Found ok.
26. Turbine rotor GBC’s blades and fins Physically inspected Found
ok.
27. Turbine rotor front and rear journal pads blackness found.
28. Turbine rotor front and rear journal pads cleaning and DP-test
checked. Found ok.
29. Turbine rotor thrust bearing pads DP-test checked and found ok.
30. Turbine rotor bottom casing dismantled. Found exhaust nozzles
missing.
31. Gear box foundation bolt dismantled.
32. Gear box dismantled from position.
33. Gear box top cover dismantled.
34. Gear wheel with bearing found.
35. Pinion gear with bearings missing found.
36. Gear box casing physically inspected found heavy corrosion.
37. Baring Gear Motor missing.
38. High Speed Coupling, bolts with guard missing.
39. Gear box Leveling plate found heavy corrosion.
40. Gear box foundation bolt thread pitting found.
41. Gear box Taper wedges found heavy corrosion.

43. Gear box DVL-2 replacing with DVL-1 Gear box.
44. DVL-1 MOP hydax-65 coupling damage found.
45. High Speed coupling and guard replacing with DVL-1.

47. DVL-2 MOP found heavy corrosion and coupling missing.

48. Gland Steam Vent Condenser missing.

49. Gland sealing piping not done completely.
50. Gear box Lube oil return pipeline only completed.
51. Generator front and rear bearing oil inlet piping done.
52. Generator front and rear bearing oil outlet pipeline done
53. Lube oil supply header completed but no tapping for temperatures
and pressure gauges and sight glass.
54. Lube Oil return header completed. (MS Pipe)
55. Lube Oil Supply and Return Pipeline should be use SS Sch40s for
good strength.
56. ESV steam side strainer with servo motor replacing with DVL-1.
57. Oil Centrifuge.
58. MOT tank inspected. Found heavy corrosion and scale.
59. MOT skid found AOP,EOP,COP-1,COP-2,VEM without motor.
60. All pumps manually inspected found seized due heavy corrosion.
61. Lube Oil Coolers tubes replacement.
62. Control oil coolers inspected found slightly scale.
63. Lube oil filters inspected found slightly scale.
64. Control oil filters inspected found heavy junk.
