I am writing to address an on-going concern regarding the unavailability of the engineer in our

project Madhwad fishery harbour. As previously discussed in our EE GMB, SE meeting held at the
site, this issue has been raised and requires immediate attention.

The absence of the engineer has impacted various aspects of the project, leading to delays and
operational challenges. It is imperative that we resolve this matter promptly to ensure the project's
progression aligns with our established timelines and quality standards.

Please arrange a site visit to the segregation yard. This visit should ideally involve representatives
from the GMB and PMC to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and to
collectively on viable solutions.

The periodic site visits by the GMB and PMC will enable us to evaluate the current status of the
segregation yard, address any immediate concerns or obstacles hindering progress, collaboratively
devise a plan of action to mitigate the impact of the engineer's absence, ensure that project
objectives and quality benchmarks are met within the stipulated timelines.

I am writing to address a matter of utmost importance regarding the recent delivery of unapproved
quarry materials from unauthorized sources to our project site.

It has come to our attention that without prior approval and adherence to the specified testing
procedures as outlined in the tender specifications for new quarry materials, several loads of
unapproved quarry material have been delivered. Specifically, vehicles with registration numbers
GJ18 BT9048 and GJ32 T7259 arrived on 30-12-2023, bringing a total of four loads of unapproved
material from New Murlidhar Stone Crusher from Babara.

As per the tender specifications, any procurement of quarry materials necessitates adherence to a
structured process that involves prior approval, rigorous testing, and compliance with the project's
quality standards. The introduction of unapproved quarry material without following these crucial
procedures is unacceptable and poses a significant risk to the project's integrity and quality.

It is imperative that we inform the GMB of this breach and request their cooperation in withholding
payment for these quarry materials until proper testing and approval procedures have been
completed satisfactorily.

I urge you and your team to take swift action to rectify this situation by:

1. Halting the use of the unapproved quarry material on our project site immediately.

2. Initiating the necessary testing procedures with the project specifications.

3. Ensuring that any future procurement of quarry materials approval and testing processes.

Your immediate attention and cooperation in rectifying this matter are crucial to maintaining the
project's integrity and meeting our quality benchmarks.
