AR123 (Graphics 2)
1. Draw/ Print/ Trace the given Floor Plan and Elevations. (in case you will draw the plan
and elevations, follow the given dimensions and scale)
2. In your A3 size paper, draw the standard title block. Title: Two-point Exterior
Perspective
3. Draw your RVL (Reference Vertical Line) in the center of your A3 size paper
intersecting your upper and lower border line.
4. Use the upper border line of your A3 size paper as PP (picture plane). Put the left
corner of your floor plan to the intersection of RVL and upper border line or PP, angled
at 30 degrees on left, and 60 degrees on right.
5. Mark PS (point of sight) at the bottom border line starting from the intersection of RVL
going to the left @ 20cm.
6. From point PS (point of sight), draw lines parallel to the walls of your floor plan
intersecting PP (picture plane).
7. Establish your RHL (Reference Horizontal Line) 60cm. parallel to your title block below
8. Establish your VPL (Vanishing point Left) and VPR (Vanishing Point Right) by projecting
the intersections of lines created on Step no.6 down to RHL. From this projection line,
Mark VPL and VPR at 17cm. from RHL.
9. Put your Elevations on their corresponding sides as reference for heights.
10. Start projecting all necessary corners and lines to complete the perspective.
