1. The board having assembled pursuant to order proceeded to examine the applications
for allotment of Type VNI Govt Md Accn. The board has verified seniority list as per Appx 'A'
for allotment of Type - VNI Qtrs based on applications received till 31 Oct 2022.
Occupation/Vacation report sign by BSO (East) Delhi Cantt is enclosed as Appx 'B'.

FINDING

1. As per the vacation report received vide GE (E) Delhi Cantt vide their letter No
3886/Gen/96/E3F dated 02 Nov 2022, the following Qtrs are available for allotment :-

2. The seniority list of the officer among the applications received has been prepared as
per the provisions of SRO 308/7E in "Allotment of Residence (Defence Pool
Accommodation for Civilians in Defe;!ce Service)" in compliance of Para 11 (c) of the SOP.
Para 4.2 (c) of SRO 308 states that in case of priority date within the same grade pay, the
priority date shall be the date from which the applicant continuously drawing his existing grade
pay.

 RECOMMENDATIONS

It is recommended to allot :-

(a) Qtr No P-158/5C alongwith Garage No SB-6 will be allotted MES-263372 Shri
Radha Mohan Rout, CE (NF).

2. The B.0.0 recommends that, in case the offrs to whom type-VNI accn are being
allotted does not occupy accn within 8 days of receipt of the allotment letter as per Para 14 (A)
of SOP and Rule 7 (I) of SRO-308, then the same accn will be allotted to the offr next in
seniority list.
