1. What are the similarities and differences between health related fitness and performance related
fitness? Explain what benefits you can gain in practicing the 10 components of fitness. Give specific
reasons to support your answer.

•The abilities that will improve one's performance in athletic or sporting events are referred to as
performance-related fitness. Proficiency in health-related fitness entails the acquisition and
maintenance of physical health. Additionally, it can support emotional and physical well-being in individuals. It
will strengthens muscles and bones. Based on my experience, I felt more strength in my bone, and it is no longer easy

And how can this event/project relate in Physical Education? Use specific details and examples to
explain why these qualities are important.

•One of the benefits of participating in the Alay Lakad is that it will provide you with the chance to interact with others.
Alay Lakad is a charitable walk that highlights social responsibility. Walking a great distance demands stamina and
discipline, which are skills that can be applied to physical education. For a shared cause, participants frequently stroll

3. • "When people succeed, it is because of hard work. Luck has nothing to do with success." Do you
agree or disagree with the quotation above? And how can you relate this during the time that you
were making the Lantern? Use specific reasons and examples to explain your position.

• I really agree with the quotation "When people succeed, it is because of hard work. Luck has nothing to do with
success." Because we truly control our own luck, if we work hard and don't rely on luck, we will succeed in anything
we do. For instance, we aspire to win in the parol, but how can we win if we just depend on luck? Here's where having
classmates in common helps. We do our best to assist in creating the parol. And we never relied on luck; win or lose,
we knew we gave it our all to show that we could succeed as a team.
