The principal’s office features a
well-kept and air-conditioned area.
The organizational chart is visible as
soon as you enter the principal's

large number of display awards that
have been awarded to the school.
The school library is unavailable and
cannot be accessed becuse there are still
piles of module that was compiled since
the pandemic. However, there are still
Library classrooms that has mini-libraries where
students could read books in their
freetimes and the english park has also
books for students to use and read
anytime.
There are two tables and one sofa in
the counseling room. A printer and

provide comfort for students.
The cafeteria is clean and well-
organized. There are 3 canteens at
Canteen / the school located at every building
Cafeteria since the school is wide and having
just one cafeteria will not be enough
for the students.
The school is located in the main
building. The clinic is well-sanitized and
Medical well equipped for students’ need like
Clinic medicines and complete first aid kits.

The principal's office is pivotal in
students' development by providing
leadership, maintaining a positive learning
environment, and supporting teachers.
They also oversee discipline, engage
parents and the community, and allocate
resources effectively. In essence,
principals play a vital role in shaping a
school's atmosphere and ensuring students
have the necessary tools and opportunities
to succeed.
A mini-library can make a significant
contribution to students' learning and
development. First, it provides easy
access to books and resources, promoting
literacy and a love for reading from an
early age. Second, it encourages
independent learning and research,
helping students develop critical thinking
and problem-solving skills. Lastly, mini-
libraries often serve as quiet, focused
spaces, fostering concentration and study
habits. All of these factors combined can
have a positive impact on a student's
educational journey and overall personal
growth.
It will contribute to the student's
learning growth by listening to the
counselor's advice about their problem
in terms of academics and they may
get peace of mind and freshen up in
the counseling room.
The school canteen plays a role in
students' learning and development by
providing not only sustenance but also
valuable life lessons. It offers an
opportunity to support students' physical
health through nutritious meal options,
ensuring they have the energy and focus
needed for their studies. Thus, a well-
organized and health-conscious school
canteen can positively impact students'
overall educational experience and
personal development.
A school medical clinic contributes to
students' learning and development by
ensuring their physical well-being,
offering health education, and providing
counseling services. It helps students stay
healthy, learn about good habits, and
manage their emotional well-being, which
can positively impact their academic
performance and personal growth.
Audio-visual and educational resource
centers enhance student learning by

materials, catering to various learning
styles, and improving understanding.

Classroom Description
Facilities (location, number, arrangement, condition)

1. Wall display Due to the new memo of DepEd the classroom has a limited display on
the walls, the things that are left is Mission, Vission and Information
Board.

2. Teacher’s Table They have two teacher's tables in the center of the room, one in the
front and one in the back. The tables are well-organized.

3. Learner’s Desk The student chairs are made of metal with clothe cover.
4. Blackboard The blackboard is positioned in front, which is the usual location for it
to be installed.
5. Learning Visual aids and books are the most common learning materials I've
Materials/ seen. These are placed at a convenient location for both the teacher and
Visual Aids the students to use. They are brand new and in great condition.

6. Bookshelves Inside the room, there are bookshelves. It is where instructional

materials are used in the classroom and are appropriately organized.

7. Television In the classroom that I’m assigned it has a television that plays
educational films that will certainly provide students with extra
knowledge.
As a future teacher, I am excited about the prospect of using Erik Erikson's psychosocial development theory
as a guiding framework throughout my teaching career. This theory will play a pivotal role in helping me
understand my students better as I anticipate that they will progress through various developmental stages,
each marked by unique needs and challenges. By adopting Erikson's insights, I will be better prepared to
adapt my teaching approaches and strategies to cater to these evolving requirements.

In my teaching practice, I will prioritize the establishment of trusting and positive relationships with my
students. This essential step will create a supportive and nurturing learning environment where students feel

organized space where learning can thrive. Inside the classrooms, there's a dynamic atmosphere
