1. Objectives
Knowledge The learner can identify the following physiological indicators: heart rate, rate
of perceived exertion and pacing.
Skills The learner can execute the different MVPAs by identifying their heart rate, rate
of perceived exertion and pacing.
Attitude The learners can perform the different MVPAs and display good practices during
the activity.
Values Show respect for others in executing the MVPAs.

4.1 Introductory Activity The student will watch a video clip. The teacher will ask: What is the video clip
( 5 minutes) all about?
4.2 Activity Write some of recreational activities according to the level of effort you would
(5 minutes) have to exert to accomplish them. Rank the first recreational activity that
require the most level of effort to accomplish and 10th the physical activity least
requiring level of effort.
