Statement of Inquiry: Commonality fulfills well-being when seeking for human
refinement through changes on health habits.

SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT
The goal is now to show understanding of how commonality fulfills well-being when
seeking for human refinement through changes on health habits. This unit will be focused
on the preparation for the e-Portfolio format that you will experience on MYP5. It requires
all the skills we have been working since MYP1, so you will be assessed in all Criteria
which means you will need to: interview a colleague to understand which changes wants
to do on physical health habits; research reliable information about possible strategies to
help you colleague; plan an intervention plan with constant reflections and adjustments;
help the colleague to train properly during our lessons; and a final reflection about the
outcome of your intervention. Since you will coach the same colleague that will coach
you too, you will refine cooperation skills and commonality because both are seeking for
well-being. Everything will be uploaded with evidences on a drive document.

Your work will be judged with criterium: A: Knowing and understanding (i, ii, iii);B: Planning
for performance (i, ii); C: Applying and performing (i, ii);D: Reflecting and improving
performance (i, ii, iii).
