DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION is made and entered into by and between:

EMILY C. SASING, Filipino, of legal age, single, a resident of Tubod,

Lanao del Norte, Philippines, hereinafter called the DONOR:

THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, through the Schools Division

Superintendent, EDILBERTO L. OPLENARIA, CESO V, with office address at
Pigcarangan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte, Philippines, hereinafter called the DONEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land, more particularly
described and identified as follows:

A parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-11996,

identified as Lot No. 2-B-1 (LRC) Psd-116646, situated in the Barrio of
Crossing, Municipality of Tubod, Province of Lanao del Norte, containing an
area of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY (550) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
Bounded on the NW., NE., and SE., points 1 to 6 by Lot 2-B-2, of the Subdivision
plan; on the SE., points 4 to 5 by Lot 2-A, Block B, (LRC) Psd-110261; on the
SW., points 5 to 1 by Lot 3, Block B, (LRC) Psd-100834.

That for and in consideration of the department’s progress and development,

the DONOR hereby voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of
donation, unto the DONEE, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, together
with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances
whatsoever..

That the DONOR do hereby state for purpose of giving full effect to this
donation that she has reserve unto herself in full ownership other property sufficient
to support her in a manner appropriate to her needs;

That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in his favor
by the DONOR, and hereby manifests his gratefulness for the latter's generosity.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR & DONEE have here unto set and

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Identification No. _________, respectively known to me and to me known to be the
same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and they acknowledged before
me that the same are their free and voluntary acts and deed.
