Today there was a meeting for class teachers, associate class teachers and class leaders in the principal

office, chaired by Sh chandiran, vice principal in the office of the principal at . 12.30 pm to discuss
various issues related to the class room activities. All the class / associate teachers were present in the
meeting.

The minutes of the same are as follows:

Sir said to the students about the completion of academic year in first spell – four months in teaching
learning process for this academic year 2023-24.

Sir also advised students to avoid any type of leave at this moment because of Term 1 examination are
on the card... 3rd oct 2023 to 14th oct 2023.

Details of examination date sheet circulated among all classes and fixed on the notice board.

Sir also stressed on safety and security of students, Girl students are instructed not to move alone in the
academic block and in the campus.

Use of students phone cards to be used in their allotted timings, Monday to Wednesday Girls turn and
Thursday to Saturday for Boys ( Timings: 4.30 to 5.30 pm) under supervision of concerned duty staff,
Matrons and teachers.

Classroom cleaning duty is to be monitored by class leaders regularly (4.15 to 4.30) pm

Class leaders are asked to maintain daily class attendance register to be maintained.

Unnecessary movement should be avoided during academic hour. Seniors are warned not move to the
juniors wing without any valid reasons.

Wearing of uniform is mandatory during academic hour and remedial and supervised study.

Avoid parents visit during academic hours in the academic block.

Correction of notes is to be presented to VP/ Principal as per schedule.

Follow proper traffic norms during movement from hostels to academic block and mess.

Give a congenial atmosphere to the juniors and make their stay happy in the vidyalaya campus.

Timing strictly followed during all academic hours. Be in time at the assigned venues for all teaching
learning activities.
