will work for the first party under its management ‫ﺗ ﺤ ﺖ ا د ا ر ﺗ ﻪ و ا ﺷ ﺮ ا ﻓ ﻪ ﺑ ﻮ ﻇ ﻴ ﻔ ﺔ ﻧ ﺠﺎ ر و ﻣ ﺒﺎ ﺷ ﺮ ة ا ﻷ ﻋ ﻤﺎ ل ا ﻟ ﺘ ﻲ ﻳ ﻜ ﻠ ﻒ‬

stipulated in Articles (fifty-eight, fifty-nine, sixty) from
the Saudi Labor Law.

The contract’s duration is 2 years, starting from 18-08- ‫ وﻳﻨﺘﻬﻲ ﻓﻲ‬،2023 -08-18 ‫ ﺳﻨﺔ ﻳﺒﺪأ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ‬2 ‫ﻣﺪة ﻫﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
2023 and ends in 17-08-2025, noted that the date of ‫ ﻋﻠﻤًﺎ ﺑﺄن ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮة اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻞ ﻫﻮ‬.2025 -08-17
commencement (joining date) of the second party’s .2023 -08-18
work is 18-08-2023.
‫وﺗﺘﺠﺪد ﻟﻤﺪة أو ﻟﻤﺪد ﻣﻤﺎﺛﻠﺔ ﻣﺎﻟﻢ ﻳﺸﻌﺮ أﺣﺪ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ اﻷﺧﺮ ﺧﻄﻴًﺎ‬
The contract will be renewed for a similar period .‫( ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ اﻧﺘﻬﺎء اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬60)‫ﺑﻌﺪم رﻏﺒﺘﻪ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﻗﺒﻞ‬
unless one of the two parties informs the other in
writing of his unwillingness to renew the contract 60
days before the contract expires.

The second party is subject to a trial period of 90 days ‫ ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ ﺗﺒﺪأ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ‬90 ‫ﻳﺨﻀﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﻔﺘﺮة ﺗﺠﺮﺑﺔ ﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ‬
starting from the date of commencing work, during ‫ﻣ ﺒﺎ ﺷ ﺮ ﺗ ﻪ ﻟ ﻠ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ و ﻻ ﻳ ﺪ ﺧ ﻞ ﻓ ﻲ ﺣ ﺴﺎ ﺑ ﻬﺎ إ ﺟﺎ ز ة ﻋ ﻴ ﺪ ي ا ﻟ ﻔ ﻄ ﺮ‬
which Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays and sick ‫و ا ﻷ ﺿ ﺤ ﻰ و ا ﻻ ﺟﺎ ز ة ا ﻟ ﻤ ﺮ ﺿ ﻴ ﺔ و ﻳ ﻜ ﻮ ن ﻟ ﻠ ﻄ ﺮ ﻓ ﻴ ﻦ ا ﻟ ﺤ ﻖ ﻓ ﻲ إ ﻧ ﻬﺎ ء‬
leave are not included in the calculation. Both parties ‫ ﻣﺎ ﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﻨ ﺺ ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻘ ﺪ ﻋ ﻠ ﻰ أ ﺣ ﻘ ﻴ ﺔ أ ﺣ ﺪ ﻫ ﻤﺎ ﻓ ﻲ‬، ‫ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻘ ﺪ ﺧ ﻼ ل ﻫ ﺬ ه ا ﻟ ﻔ ﺘ ﺮ ة‬
have the right to terminate the contract during this . ‫ا ﻹ ﻧ ﻬﺎ ء‬
period, unless the contract specifies the right of one
party to terminate.

Working days and hours ‫أ ﻳﺎ م و ﺳﺎ ﻋﺎ ت ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ‬

The working days are set as 48 hours per week, and ‫ ﺳﺎﻋﺔ اﺳﺒﻮﻋﻴًﺎ وﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺄن‬48 ‫ﺗﺤﺪد أﻳﺎم اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑـ‬
the first party is obligated to pay the second party an ‫ﻳﺪﻓﻊ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ أﺟﺮًا اﺿﺎﻓﻴًﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺳﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻹﺿﺎﻓﻴﺔ‬
additional wage for the overtime hours equal to the .‫ ﻣﻦ أﺟﺮه اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ‬٪٥٠ ‫ﻳﻮازي أﺟﺮ اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﻣﻀﺎﻓًﺎ إﻟﻴﻪ‬
hourly wage plus 50% of his basic wage.

The first party pays the second party a basic fee of 2,000.00 ‫ﻳﺪﻓﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ أﺟﺮًا أﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﻗﺪره‬

The second party deserves for each year a paid annual ‫ ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ‬21 ‫ﻳﺴﺘﺤﻖ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻋﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻋﺎم إﺟﺎزة ﺳﻨﻮﻳﺔ ﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ‬
leave of 21 days, and the first party determines its ‫ﻣ ﺪ ﻓ ﻮ ﻋ ﺔ ا ﻷ ﺟ ﺮ و ﻳ ﺤ ﺪ د ا ﻟ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻷ و ل ﺗﺎ ر ﻳ ﺨ ﻬﺎ ﺧ ﻼ ل ﺳ ﻨ ﺔ ا ﻻ ﺳ ﺘ ﺤ ﻘﺎ ق‬
dates during the year of entitlement according to ‫وﻓﻘًﺎ ﻟﻈﺮوف اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ أن ﻳﺘﻢ دﻓﻊ أﺟﺮ اﻻﺟﺎزة ﻣﻘﺪﻣ ِﺎ ﻋﻨﺪ‬
work conditions, provided that the leave wage is paid ‫ا ﺳ ﺘ ﺤ ﻘﺎ ﻗ ﻬﺎ و ﻟ ﻠ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻷ و ل ﺗ ﺄ ﺟ ﻴ ﻞ ا ﻻ ﺟﺎ ز ة ﺑ ﻌ ﺪ ﻧ ﻬﺎ ﻳ ﺔ ﺳ ﻨ ﺔ‬
in advance when it is due, and the first party has to ‫ ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻟﻪ ﺑﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ اﻟﻄﺮف‬90 ‫اﺳﺘﺤﻘﺎﻗﻬﺎ ﻟﻤﺪة ﻻ ﺗﺰﻳﺪ ﻋﻦ‬
postpone the leave after the end of the year of ‫اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑًﺔ ﺗﺄﺟﻴﻠﻬﺎ إﻟﻰ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺔ اﻟﺴﻨﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻟﺴﻨﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﺤﻘﺎق‬
entitlement for a period not exceeding 90 days, and . ‫و ذ ﻟ ﻚ ﺣ ﺴ ﺐ ﻣ ﻘ ﺘ ﻀ ﻴﺎ ت ﻇ ﺮ و ف ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ‬
with the consent of the party Second, in writing, to
postpone it to the end of the year following the year
of entitlement, according to the requirements of work
conditions.

The first party is obligated to provide medical care to ‫ﻳ ﻠ ﺘ ﺰ م ا ﻟ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻷ و ل ﺑ ﺘ ﻮ ﻓ ﻴ ﺮ ا ﻟ ﺮ ﻋﺎ ﻳ ﺔ ا ﻟ ﻄ ﺒ ﻴ ﺔ ﻟ ﻠ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻟ ﺜﺎ ﻧ ﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻟ ﺘ ﺄ ﻣ ﻴ ﻦ‬


the second party with health insurance in accordance ‫اﻟﺼﺤﻲ وﻓﻘًﺎ ﻷﺣﻜﺎم ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﻀﻤﺎن اﻟﺼﺤﻲ اﻟﺘﻌﺎوﻧﻲ‬
with the provisions of the Cooperative Health
Insurance Policy

The first party is obligated to pay the contributions of ‫ﻳ ﻠ ﺘ ﺰ م ا ﻟ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻷ و ل ﺑ ﺴ ﺪ ا د ا ﺷ ﺘ ﺮ ا ﻛﺎ ت ا ﻟ ﻤ ﺆ ﺳ ﺴ ﺔ ا ﻟ ﻌﺎ ﻣ ﺔ ﻟ ﻠ ﺘ ﺄ ﻣ ﻴ ﻨﺎ ت‬


the General Organization for Social Insurance ‫ا ﻻ ﺟ ﺘ ﻤﺎ ﻋ ﻴ ﺔ ﺣ ﺴ ﺐ أ ﻧ ﻈ ﻤ ﺘ ﻬﺎ‬
according to its regulations

The first party bears the fees for the second party’s ‫ ﻧ ﻘ ﻞ‬/ ‫ﻳ ﺘ ﺤ ﻤ ﻞ ا ﻟ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻷ و ل ر ﺳ ﻮ م ا ﺳ ﺘ ﻘ ﺪ ا م ا ﻟ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻟ ﺜﺎ ﻧ ﻲ‬

additional pay in cases of dangers threatening the ‫ﺣﺎ ﻻ ت ا ﻷ ﺧ ﻄﺎ ر ا ﻟ ﺘ ﻲ ﺗ ﻬ ﺪ د ﺳ ﻼ ﻣ ﺔ ﻣ ﻜﺎ ن ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ أ و ا ﻷ ﺷ ﺨﺎ ص‬

spent in work, and the remuneration is calculated on
the basis of the last wage

This contract is subject to the labor regulations and its ‫ﻳ ﺨ ﻀ ﻊ ﻫ ﺬ ا ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻘ ﺪ ﻟ ﻨ ﻈﺎ م ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ و ﻻ ﺋ ﺤ ﺘ ﻪ ا ﻟ ﺘ ﻨ ﻔ ﻴ ﺬ ﻳ ﺔ و ا ﻟ ﻘ ﺮ ا ر ا ت‬


executive regulations and the decisions issued in its ‫اﻟﺼﺎدرة ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬًا ﻟﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎﻟﻢ ﻳﺮد ﺑﻪ ﻧﺺ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ وﻳﺤﻞ‬

communication channels in the Qiwa platform for ‫ﻛ ﻞ ﻃ ﺮ ف ﻓ ﻲ ﺣﺎ ل ﺗ ﻐ ﻴ ﻴ ﺮ ه ﻟ ﻠ ﻌ ﻨ ﻮ ا ن ا ﻟ ﺨﺎ ص ﺑ ﻪ أ و ﺗ ﻐ ﻴ ﻴ ﺮ ا ﻟ ﺒ ﺮ ﻳ ﺪ‬

Labor Law not mentioned in this article.
13. End-of-Service Award: If the work relation
between the two parties ends, the first party
must pay the second party an end of service
award for his/ her service period calculated based
on the provisions of the Labor Law and the
company's work regulations. 1) the wage on
which the end of service award is calculated
includes basic salary and cash allowances only. 2)
sales commission and / or other commissions,
variable allowances and / or any other
allowances insured by the first party and / or any
financial incentives shall not be included in the
wage used in calculating the end of service
award according to Article 86 of the Labor Law.
Disciplinary Rules: The Disciplinary Rules
provided for in the Labor Law will apply in
absence of stricter disciplinary penalties provided
in any other laws.
14. General Provisions: The articles of this contract
shall be interpreted and applied according to the
provisions of the applicable Saudi Labor Law. In
addition, the provision of the applicable Law and
the company's work regulations regulate the
non-agreed upon matters between both parties.
1) labor Courts, exclusively, have the right to
consider all disputes related to the Labor Law
and disputres arising from the employment
contract after signing it, will not be considered
binding execpt after the consent of the two
parties, and this amendment is attached as
annex to the contract. This paragraph of this

which may arise from it- concluded between the
two parties is considered an integral and an
inseparable part of the contract documents.
15. The address of the second party, shown in this
contract, is considered his/her official address.
He/she must notify the first party of any changes
in the address within a week of the change. All
notifications and decisions issued by the first
party are sent to his/her address and delivered to
him/her by hand or registered mail or email. The
automated receipt notice or email is considered a
receiving confirmation from the second party.
SMS or WhatsApp messages are also considered
one of the notification methods for the second
party; he/she acknowledges the receipt and
content delivery as soon as the notification is
sent to the number included in his/ her address
provided herein or updated by official means in
the first party's records.
16. If accommodation, Food or transporatoin is
provided to the employee, the allowance will be
excluded.
