وﺗﺘﺠﺪد ﻟﻤﺪة أو ﻟﻤﺪد ﻣﻤﺎﺛﻠﺔ ﻣﺎﻟﻢ ﻳﺸﻌﺮ أﺣﺪ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ اﻷﺧﺮ ﺧﻄﻴًﺎ
The contract will be renewed for a similar period .( ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ اﻧﺘﻬﺎء اﻟﻌﻘﺪ60)ﺑﻌﺪم رﻏﺒﺘﻪ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﻗﺒﻞ
unless one of the two parties informs the other in
writing of his unwillingness to renew the contract 60
days before the contract expires.
The second party is subject to a probationary period of ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ ﺗﺒﺪأ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ90 ﻳﺨﻀﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﻔﺘﺮة ﺗﺠﺮﺑﺔ ﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ

The working days are set as 48 hours per week, and ﺳﺎﻋﺔ اﺳﺒﻮﻋﻴًﺎ وﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺄن48 ﺗﺤﺪد أﻳﺎم اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑـ

additional wage for the overtime hours equal to the . ﻣﻦ أﺟﺮه اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ٪٥٠ ﻳﻮازي أﺟﺮ اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﻣﻀﺎﻓًﺎ إﻟﻴﻪ
hourly wage plus 50% of his basic wage.
The first party pays the second party a basic fee of 2,993.00 ﻳﺪﻓﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ أﺟﺮًا أﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﻗﺪره
The second party deserves for each year a paid annual ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ30 ﻳﺴﺘﺤﻖ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻋﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻋﺎم إﺟﺎزة ﺳﻨﻮﻳﺔ ﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ

recruitment/transfer, the residency fee, the work ﺧ ﺪ ﻣﺎ ﺗ ﻪ إ ﻟ ﻴ ﻪ و ر ﺳ ﻮ م ا ﻹ ﻗﺎ ﻣ ﺔ و ر ﺧ ﺼ ﺔ ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ و ﺗ ﺠ ﺪ ﻳ ﺪ ﻫ ﻤﺎ و ﻣﺎ ﻳ ﺘ ﺮ ﺗ ﺐ

the instructions of the first party if there is nothing in ا ﻟ ﻨ ﻈﺎ م أ و ا ﻵ د ا ب ا ﻟ ﻌﺎ ﻣ ﺔ و ﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﻜ ﻦ ﻓ ﻲ ﺗ ﻨ ﻔ ﻴ ﺬ ﻫﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳ ﻌ ﺮ ﺿ ﻪ ﻟ ﻠ ﺨ ﻄ ﺮ

or public morals and there is nothing in their
implementation that puts him at risk
To provide assistance and support without requiring أن ﻳﻘﺪم ﻛﻞ ﻋﻮن وﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪة دون أن ﻳﺸﺘﺮط ﻟﺬﻟﻚ أﺟﺮًا إﺿﺎﻓﻴًﺎ ﻓﻲ
additional pay in cases of dangers threatening the ﺣﺎ ﻻ ت ا ﻷ ﺧ ﻄﺎ ر ا ﻟ ﺘ ﻲ ﺗ ﻬ ﺪ د ﺳ ﻼ ﻣ ﺔ ﻣ ﻜﺎ ن ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ أ و ا ﻷ ﺷ ﺨﺎ ص

To undergo any medical examinations required by the أن ﻳﺨﻀﻊ وﻓﻘًﺎ ﻟﻄﻠﺐ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻟﻠﻔﺤﻮص اﻟﻄﺒﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺮﻏﺐ
first party before or during joining the work to verify ﻓ ﻲ إ ﺟ ﺮ ا ﺋ ﻬﺎ ﻋ ﻠ ﻴ ﻪ ﻗ ﺒ ﻞ ا ﻻ ﻟ ﺘ ﺤﺎ ق ﺑﺎ ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ أ و أ ﺛ ﻨﺎ ء ه ﻟ ﻠ ﺘ ﺤ ﻘ ﻖ ﻣ ﻦ ﺧ ﻠ ﻮ ه
that he/she is free from occupational or communicable ﻣ ﻦ ا ﻷ ﻣ ﺮ ا ض ا ﻟ ﻤ ﻬ ﻨ ﻴ ﺔ أ و ا ﻟ ﺴﺎ ر ﻳ ﺔ

Additional Terms ﺑ ﻨ ﻮ د ا ﺿﺎ ﻓ ﻴ ﺔ
1. Renewal The employee is obligated to notify the اﻟﺘﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻤﻮﻇﻒ ﺑﺈﺧﻄﺎر اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺧﻄﻴًﺎ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺳﺘﻮن.1
company in writing sixty days before the end of ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ اﻧﺘﻬﺎء ﻣﺪة اﻟﻌﻘﺪ اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺑﺮﻏﺒﺘﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺪم

terminate his contract ا ﻟ ﻤ ﻮ ﻇ ﻒ ﺑ ﺘ ﻌ ﻮ ﻳ ﺾ ا ﻟ ﺸ ﺮ ﻛ ﺔ ﺑ ﻤﺎ ﻳ ﻌﺎ د ل ر ا ﺗ ﺐ ﺷ ﻬ ﺮ ﻳ ﻦ
2. Probationary Period The Employee shall be ﻓﺘﺮة اﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎر ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ اﻟﻤﻮﻇﻒ ﻣﻌﻴﻨﺎ ﺗﺤﺖ اﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎر ﻟﻤﺪة.2

eighty days after written approval from the both ﻳ ﺠ ﻮ ز ﻟ ﻠ ﺸ ﺮ ﻛ ﺔ ﻟ ﻮ ﺣ ﺪ ﻫﺎ ﻓ ﺴ ﺦ ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻘ ﺪ د و ن ﻣ ﻨ ﺤ ﻪ ﻣ ﻜﺎ ﻓ ﺄ ة ﻧ ﻬﺎ ﻳ ﺔ
partiespublic holidays or declared emergency ا ﻟ ﺨ ﺪ ﻣ ﺔ أ و ﺗ ﻌ ﻮ ﻳ ﻀ ﻪ ﻋ ﻦ ﻓ ﺴ ﺦ ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻘ ﺪ أ و إ ﻋ ﻼ ﻣ ﻪ ﻣ ﺴ ﺒ ﻘﺎ ﺑ ﻬ ﺬ ا
leave will not be considered part of the اﻟ ﻔ ﺴ ﺦ
probation period in this Agreementduring this اﻟﻤﺪة اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻘﺪ اﻟﻤﺪة اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﻬﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻋﺎم.3

without termination award or compensation for ﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﺘ ﻢ إ ﻧ ﻬﺎ ؤ ه ﻗ ﺒ ﻞ ذ ﻟ ﻚ ﻃ ﺒ ﻘﺎ ﻟ ﺸ ﺮ و ط و ﻧ ﺼ ﻮ ص ﻫ ﺬ ا ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻘ ﺪ

3. Initial Term of Agreement the initial term of this ا ﻟ ﺰ و ﺟ ﺔ و ا ﻻ ﻃ ﻔﺎ ل ﻣ ﻘ ﻴ ﻤ ﻴ ﻦ ﻣ ﻊ ا ﻟ ﻤ ﻮ ﻇ ﻒ ا ﻗﺎ ﻣ ﺔ د ا ﺋ ﻤ ﺔ ﻓ ﻲ
Agreement shall be for One Gregorian years ا ﻟ ﻤ ﻤ ﻠ ﻜ ﺔ و ﻳ ﺸ ﺘ ﺮ ط ﻛ ﺬ ﻟ ﻚ ا ن ﻻ ﻳ ﺘ ﺠﺎ و ز ﻋ ﻤ ﺮ ا ﻻ ﺑ ﻨﺎ ء ا ﻟ ﺬ ﻛ ﻮ ر
commencing on the date the Employee begins ﻋﺎﻣﺎ وان ﻳﻜﻮن اﻻﻧﺎث ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺘﺰوﺟﺎت١٨ ﺛﻤﺎن ﻋﺸﺮة ﻋﺎم

4. Travel Tickets: ( for Non- Saudi). The employee is اﻟﻤﺼﺮوﻓﺎت ﺗﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺑﺄن ﺗﻌﻮض اﻟﻤﻮﻇﻒ ﻋﻦ أي.5
entitled for annual air tickets for him and his ﻣ ﺼ ﺮ و ﻓﺎ ت ﺗ ﻜ ﺒ ﺪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻟ ﻔ ﻌ ﻞ ﻋ ﻨ ﺪ ا ﻟ ﻘ ﻴﺎ م ﺑ ﺄ ﻋ ﻤﺎ ل ا ﻟ ﺸ ﺮ ﻛ ﺔ ﺑ ﺸ ﺮ ط
