hereinafter referred to as the (Second Party),
The two parties have agreed that the second party
will work for the first party under its management
and supervision with the job of Civil Engineer and
carry out the work assigned to him/her in proportion
to his/her practical, scientific and technical capabilities
in accordance with the needs of the work and in a
manner that does not conflict with the controls
stipulated in Articles (fifty-eight, fifty-nine, sixty) from
the Saudi Labor Law.
The contract’s duration is 1 year, starting from 17-07-
2023 and ends in 16-07-2024, noted that the date of
commencement (joining date) of the second party’s
work is 04-07-2023.
The contract will be renewed for a similar period
unless one of the two parties informs the other in
writing of his unwillingness to renew the contract 60
days before the contract expires.
The second party is subject to a trial period of 90 days
starting from the date of commencing work, during
which Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays and sick
leave are not included in the calculation. Both parties
have the right to terminate the contract during this
period, unless the contract specifies the right of one
party to terminate.
Working days and hours
The working days are set as 48 hours per week, and
the first party is obligated to pay the second party an
additional wage for the overtime hours equal to the
hourly wage plus 50% of his basic wage.

 The obligations of the first party
The first party pays the second party a basic fee of
7,000.00 Saudi Riyals, which is due at the end of each
month
The first party to the second party is also committed to
the following:
1. Pay 25% of the basic salary, as a housing
allowance payable at the end of each month
2. Pay 1,350.00 Saudi Riyals, a transportation
allowance payable at the end of each month
The second party deserves for each year a paid annual
leave of 30 days, and the first party determines its
dates during the year of entitlement according to
work conditions, provided that the leave wage is paid
in advance when it is due, and the first party has to
postpone the leave after the end of the year of
entitlement for a period not exceeding 90 days, and
with the consent of the party Second, in writing, to
postpone it to the end of the year following the year
of entitlement, according to the requirements of work
conditions.
The first party is obligated to provide medical care to
the second party with health insurance in accordance
with the provisions of the Cooperative Health
Insurance Policy
The first party is obligated to pay the contributions of
the General Organization for Social Insurance
according to its regulations

 The first party bears the fees for the second party’s
recruitment/transfer, the residency fee, the work
permit and its renewal and any resulting fines, change
of occupation, exit and return fees, and the return
ticket for the second party to his home by the same
mean he/she came by after the end of the relationship
between the two parties.
The first party is obligated to pay the expenses of
preparing the body of the second party and
transporting it to the party in which the contract was
concluded or bringing the employee from it unless he
is buried with the consent of his relatives inside the
Kingdom or the General Organization for Social
Insurance is obligated to do so.
The obligations of the second party
To perform the work entrusted to him in accordance
with the principles of the profession and according to
the instructions of the first party if there is nothing in
these instructions that contradicts the contract, order
or public morals and there is nothing in their
implementation that puts him at risk
To take adequate care of the tools and tasks assigned
to him and the raw materials owned by the first party
placed at his disposal or in his custody and to return to
the first party the non-expendable materials
To provide assistance and support without requiring

 The second party is committed to good manners and
work ethics while at work, and at all times abides by
the rules, customs, norms and ethics in force at the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as the rules,
regulations and instructions in force at the first party
and bears all the financial penalties resulting from his
violation of these regulations
Approval of the first party deducting the prescribed
percentage from the monthly wage for participation
in the General Organization for Social Insurance
Expiration or Termination of The Contract
This contract ends with the expiry of its term in the
fixed-term contract or with the agreement of the two
parties to terminate it, provided that the second party
agrees in writing
The first party has the right to terminate the contract
of the second party without award, notice or
compensation according to the cases mentioned in
Article (eighty) of the work system, provided that the
second party is given the opportunity to express
reasons for his opposition to the termination.
The second party has the right to leave work and
terminate the contract without notifying the first
party while retaining his right to obtain all his dues
according to the cases mentioned in Article (eighty-
first) of the work system.

 End of Service Reward
Upon termination of the contractual relationship by
the first party, or with the agreement of the two
parties, or with the end of the contract period, or as a
result of force majeure, the second party is entitled to
a reward of fifteen days' wages for each of the first
five years and a month’s wage for each year of the
following. The employee is entitled to a reward for
the parts of the year in proportion to what she/he
spent in work, and the remuneration is calculated on
the basis of the last wage
Applicable System and Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to the labor regulations and its
executive regulations and the decisions issued in its
implementation in all cases where no provision is
made in this contract. This contract replaces all
previous verbal or written agreements and contracts if
any.
In the event that a dispute arises between the two
parties regarding this contract, the Jurisdiction shall
be convened for the labor cases qualified authority in
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Warnings and notifications between the two parties
are made in writing through the electronic
communication channels in the Qiwa platform for
each of the parties. The address and email address
registered in Qiwa platform will be considered legally
applicable, and both parties are obligated to update
them on Qiwa platform in the event of any change.
Additional Terms
1. It is been agreed that commissions grants end
rewards or allowances shall not be included in
the wage based on which the end of service
reward is being computed It is to be noted that

‫‪products services or activities competing with the‬‬
‫‪first party activities for his own benefit or for the‬‬
‫‪benefit of other parties‬‬
‫‪4. The second party declares that all patents‬‬
‫‪systems and programs developed by him or those‬‬
‫‪which came to his knowledge during his‬‬
‫‪employment with the first party are exclusively‬‬
‫‪the ownership and intellectual property rights of‬‬
‫‪the first party The second party has no right by‬‬
‫‪any means to utilize or disclose or register or use‬‬
‫‪such programs or systems or patents for his own‬‬

‫ا ﻷ و ل ﻓﺈ ن ﻣ ﺒ ﻠ ﻎ ﺑ ﺪ ل ا ﻟ ﺴ ﻜ ﻦ ا ﻟ ﻮ ا ر د ﺿ ﻤ ﻦ ﻋ ﻘ ﺪ ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ ﻳ ﻌ ﺘ ﺒ ﺮ‬

‫‪similar period so the total probation period will‬‬
‫‪be one hundred eighty days and it does not‬‬
‫‪include Eid Alfiter and Eid Aladha holidays nor‬‬
‫‪sick leaves or vacations and the first party Sole‬‬
‫‪has the right to terminate this contract during‬‬
‫‪this probation period without rewards or‬‬
‫‪previous notice,The provisions of this article or‬‬

‫‪party by the first party the amount of the‬‬
‫‪housing allowance contained through the‬‬
‫‪employment contract is considered in kind‬‬
‫‪housing allowance according to the system of the‬‬
‫‪General Organization for Social Insurance‬‬
‫‪8. In the event that the second party changes his‬‬
‫‪address or Email he is committed to notify the‬‬
‫‪first party at the address or Email mentioned in‬‬
‫‪this contract Otherwise the address or Email of‬‬
‫‪the second party mentioned in this contract are‬‬
‫‪legally applicable‬‬
‫‪9. The contract shall be terminated according to its‬‬
‫‪duration expiry date or based on written‬‬
‫‪agreement of both parties except if the‬‬
‫‪termination was resulted from a violation of‬‬
‫‪either parties or their contractual obligations or‬‬
‫‪functional commitments resulted from the‬‬
‫‪contract during its validity or the effective‬‬
‫‪regulations in KSA‬‬
‫‪10. Both parties agree that the contract duration‬‬
‫‪shall be automatically renewed unless either‬‬
‫‪parties notifies the other party in a written form‬‬
‫‪with the unwillingness of renewal sixty days prior‬‬

‫‪ .10‬اﺗﻔﻖ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﻋﻠﻰ أن ﻣﺪة ﻫﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﻟﻤﺪة‬

‫ﻧ ﻘ ﻠ ﻪ إ ﻟ ﻰ أ ي ﻓ ﺮ ع ﻣ ﻦ ا ﻟ ﻔ ﺮ و ع ا ﻟ ﺘﺎ ﺑ ﻌ ﺔ ﻟ ﻠ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻷ و ل ا ﻟ ﺘ ﻲ‬

‫‪ .13‬ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻗﻴﺎم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺈدﺧﺎل اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻰ ﺿﻤﻦ‬
‫أ ﺣ ﺪ أ ﻧ ﻈ ﻤ ﺔ ا ﻟ ﻤ ﻜﺎ ﻓ ﺂ ت و ا ﻟ ﺘ ﻰ ﺗ ﺸ ﻤ ﻞ ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻮ ﻻ ت و ا ﻟ ﺤ ﻮ ا ﻓ ﺰ‬
‫و ا ﻟ ﻤ ﻨ ﺢ و ا ﻟ ﺘ ﻰ ﻳ ﻘ ﻮ م ا ﻟ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻷ و ل ﺑ ﻄ ﺮ ﺣ ﻬﺎ ﻟ ﻤ ﻜﺎ ﻓ ﺄ ة‬

‫ا ى ﺧ ﻼ ف ﻟ ﻪ ﻋ ﻼ ﻗ ﺔ ﺑﺎ ﻟ ﻤ ﻜﺎ ﻓ ﺂ ت ا و ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻮ ﻻ ت ا و ا ﻟ ﺤ ﻮ ا ﻓ ﺰ ا و‬

‫ﻣ ﻦ و ا ﻟ ﻰ ﻣ ﻘ ﺮ ﻋ ﻤ ﻠ ﻪ و ﻓ ﻘﺎ ﻟ ﻠ ﻮ ا ﺋ ﺢ ا ﻟ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻻ و ل و ﺳ ﻴﺎ ﺳﺎ ﺗ ﻪ‬

 being employed by the first party or reducing his
employment chances and if a fraud is proved it
shall constitute sufficient grounds to terminate
the contract
12. The second party agreed upon the right of the
first party to transfer him to any place within the
second party branches whether or not in the
same city or affiliates of the work as required
13. In the event that the first party includes the
second party in any reward system which
includes commissions or incentives or grants
which the first party has in order to reward his
employees for their performance and the results
they achieve which is based on the evaluation of
the first party then the consent of the second
party to enter into one or more of these systems
is considered as an acceptance of the condition
mentioned in the following clause
14. If there is a dispute between the two parties over
the value or method of payment or any dispute
related to the rewards or commissions or
incentives or grants mentioned in the previous
clause then the decision of the first party
regarding this dispute is considered final and the
second party has no right to object to it in any
way in front of any forum and this includes all
reward systems and commissions and incentives
and the like that have not been mentioned in
this contract
15. The first party is obligated to pay to the second
party a transportation allowance to and from his
workplace in accordance with the first partys
regulations policies and internal systems that it
may issued from time to time in this concerns
unless the transportation is provided for the
second party by the first party
