ON-THE-SPOT POSTER MAKING CONTEST GUIDELINES

MECHANICS

• The contest is open to all Junior and Senior High School students enrolled in Saint Paul’s School of Ormoc
Foundation Inc.
• The poster must illustrate, interpret, and emphasize the theme which will revolve around “A Day in the
Life of an SPS Student”. The theme will be announced on the day of the contest.
• The posters will be drawn on a 1/4 illustration board. Participants are responsible for obtaining a 1/4
illustration board and the necessary coloring materials for creating their posters; these items will not
be provided by the organizing body.
• Participants will be given one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes to complete their posters. The
participants will be held accountable for any issues that may arise with regards to the originality and
authenticity of the design.

CRITERIA

The criteria for judging will be as follows:

• Creativity and Presentation 40%

• Originality 30%
• Relevance to the theme 30%
