11 when I in 1971 migrated to Australia, I was not able to communicate in the English
12 language, and after arriving had no formal education in the English language. It means I had to
13 teach myself, such as translating using language dictionaries. Not uncommon in some 4 decades
14 appearing at court room bar tables I would at times be challenged by opponent lawyers as to the
15 meaning of certain words. Only for them to be defeated as contrary to my conduct to check with
16 dictionaries they simply assumed some meaning that really was incorrect.

4 federation army causing this dead and destruction in Kiev.

6 2022 correspondence to PM Scott Morrison, and on 8 March 2022 to the Ukraine and Russian
7 Federation Ambassadors unlikely could then have been from any alleged Kiev attack.

10 If I never have been in Ukraine nevertheless immediately can detect what appears to me a
11 fraudulent claim by President Zelinskyy video then surely President Zelinskyy ought to have
12 been aware of the same. After all he was in the trenches when shelling Donbass and likely would
13 have then viewed the videos that his side were making about the killing fields and the damages
14 to the building. If he held it was OK to deceive the West with this as to claim that instead it was
15 the Russian Federation Army doing it then well I view he should resign in disgrace because who
16 can trust him to be honest? I understood from a BCC clip that the then candidate Zelinskyy made
17 clear to wanting to clean up corruption, etc. Well, it appears to me he rather appears to have
18 joined them.

25 resolved by them and every other country works together to deal with getting children that are
26 kidnapped, etc, to be released from their hell holes.

36 etc, for seeking to gain support of Australians to provide fundiong, weapons, munition, etc to
37 Ukraine when really mnost of it was fabricated and falsified propaganda. If the eSafety
38 commissioner cannot bother to pursue that the truth is being published then how on earth can a
39 eSafety Commissioner claim to do it for “safety”?
40 And this is also about the “covid scam” where the eSafety Commissioner as I view it lacked to
41 have balls to pursue that instead of deceptive/fraudulent mantra’s to suit the pharmaceutical
42 companies and their lackies, such as Ministers, etc, the real truth would be allowed to be
43 published as the legal principle embedded in the constitution has enshrined this right of
44 “political liberty” and “religious liberty”.

2 Economic Forum’s 2024 summit earlier this month in Davos, Switzerland, under the theme

5 globalist. And a WEF’er globalist is the worst kind of globalist. Is it making more sense
6 now why the WEF Western puppet leaders in Washington, London, Ottawa, Paris, Geneva
7 and Berlin are so dead set on defending Ukraine against Russian “aggression?” The
8 cumulative West led by Washington and London has invested in provoking this aggression

5 explanations advanced about the supposed disappearance of the flu. The lockdowners and
6 their credentialed institutions often claimed that masked worked (lol) to stop the flu,
7 despite not working for covid. Others claimed that covid had some kind of viral dominance
8 effect that defeated influenza strains.
9 But neither explanation really solves the “where did the flu go” mystery.
10 The evidence seems to point to two main reasons for the flu’s disappearance: the physical
11 disappearance of flu testing kits and a misunderstanding of what the flu actually means.
12 The flu tests were not physically available in healthcare systems
13 The Dossier surveyed several individuals and organizations with access to hospital system
14 records and supply chain management, and we pooled together lots of anecdotal
15 information to paint a greater picture of what happened.
16 We found that, at least in the United States, there was virtually no access to flu testing
17 during the covid hysteria years, particularly from 2020 to 2021. Virtually all testing

5 diagnosis but a general diagnosis of countless potential symptoms categorized in a broad

4 The most striking aspect of the entire polio saga in the USA during the first half of the
5 20th Century was the fact that every key phase of the business was controlled by people tied to
6 what became the Rockefeller medical cabal. This fraud started with claims by the Director of
7 the Rockefeller Institute, Simon Flexner, that he and his colleague, Paul A. Lewis, had
8 “isolated” a pathogen, invisible to the eye, smaller even than bacteria, which they claimed
9 caused the paralyzing sickness in a series of outbreaks in the US. How did they come to this
10 idea?
11 In a paper published in 1909 in the Journal of the American Medical Association, Flexner
12 claimed he and Lewis had isolated the poliomyelitis virus responsible. He reported they had
13 successfully “passaged” poliomyelitis through several monkeys, from monkey to monkey.
14 They began by injecting diseased human spinal cord tissue of a young boy who had died,
15 presumably from the virus, into the brains of monkeys. After a monkey fell ill, a suspension of
16 its diseased spinal cord tissue was injected into the brains of other monkeys who also fell ill.
17 They proclaimed that the Rockefeller Institute doctors had thus proven poliomyelitis virus
18 causality for the mysterious disease. They hadn’t done anything of the sort. Flexner and Lewis
19 even admitted that:
20 “We failed utterly to discover bacteria, either in film preparations or in cultures, that could
21 account for the disease; and, since among our long series of propagations of the virus in
22 monkeys not one animal showed, in the lesions, the cocci described by some previous
23 investigators, and we had failed to obtain any such bacteria from the human material studied
24 by us, we felt that they could be excluded from consideration.”
25 What they then did was to make a bizarre supposition, a leap of faith, not a scientific claim.
26 They took their hypothesis of viral exogenous agency and made it fact, with no proof
27 whatever. They asserted: “Therefore, …the infecting agent of epidemic poliomyelitis belongs
28 to the class of the minute and filterable viruses that have not thus far been demonstrated
29 with certainty under the microscope.“ Therefore?
30 Simon Flexner simply asserted it “must” be a polio virus killing the monkeys, because they
31 could find no other explanation. In fact he did not look for another source of the illnesses. This
32 was not scientific isolation. It was wild speculation: “…not thus far been demonstrated with
33 certainty under the microscope.” They admitted this in a December 18, 1909 follow up in
34 JAMA, titled, THE NATURE OF THE VIRUS OF EPIDEMIC POLIOMYELITIS.
35 The so-called “virus” they were injecting into monkeys was hardly pure. It also contained an
36 undetermined amount of contaminants. It included “pureed spinal cord, brain, fecal matter,
37 even flies were ground up and injected into monkeys to induce paralysis.” Until Jonas Salk
38 won approval from the US Government in April 1955 for a polio vaccine, no scientific proof of
39 existence of a virus causing poliomyelitis, or infantile paralysis as it was commonly known,
40 had been proven. That is the case to this day. The medical world all took Flexner’s word that it
41 “must” be a virus.

34 It bring me back more than 4 decades ago when I was in management and an office manager
35 who also was my lecturer in Time and Motion study announced that all managers had to go to a
36 management consulting burea for testing, and if they scored less than 50% on average they
37 would be instantly dismissed. This 50% was as to 100% of managers, managing directors, etc,.
38 So, his glee was noticed, as well he didn’t like me to much as I had exposed him he lacked to
39 understand his job. Anyhow, the day arrived to do all kind of testing and often I was asked by the
40 superviser if I had a problem understanding the tests because most of the time I was sitting there
41 doing nothing. The only test I scored low, a mere 65 was English language. Then again without
42 formal education in the English language and not being my native language this was not a
43 surprise. So, the assessor in the end announced that due to my lack of English I had a mere 65
44 which still was well above the 50% but it had reduced all my other nearly perfect scores to an
45 average of about 93. Still, 93 was in the top of all being assessed by this company. And the
46 manager, my lecturer in Time and Motion Studies, well his average was a mere 45% average.
47 So, he announced that the management consulting bureau didn’t know their job. The relevance is
48 that a person may have a lot of knowledge but may not be able to have the IQ to use it to the
49 maximum.
50 For example, the company had sent this office manager to the USA regarding a new machine
51 that was to be introduced in the factory. After returning he obviously boosted about how great it

1 had been and it was very simple. The machine was put together and for the next few weeks he
2 was supervising a leading hand to operate the machine. Just that the darn tape to collate the nails
3 together kept breaking time and time again. This went on for a few weeks, and well one day this
4 office mnanager was not in for a day and so I decided to have a look at the machine. The leading
5 hand showed how the roll of tape was constantly sticking to the aluminium place it was lying on.
6 I then asked the leading hand if he understood why the rolls of tape were separated with non-
7 sticking papers. I then relieved his mind explaining it was to prevent the rolls to stick together.
8 And what he should do is to use the paper on the aluminium plate to prevent the roll to stick to
9 the aluminium plate. He tried and well no more breaking of the tape. This proved that this office
10 manager may have had a lot of knowledge but lacked the understanding how to do it in practice
11 and I view lacked the IQ for this.

32 proposed to ask for an exclusive power, but simply for the power of legislation on the
33 subject when it may be deemed advisable. I hope the amendment will be accepted. What

35 laws? Surely uniformity of laws is desirable in regard to the matter of lunacy. I take it that
36 the exclusion of lunatics is as much a matter of federal concern as is the exclusion of

6 corporations. Some states might require an elaborate form, the payment of heavy fees,
7 and certain guarantees as to the stability of members, while another state might not
8 think it worth its while to take so much trouble, having regard to its different
9 circumstances. I think the states may be trusted to stipulate how they will incorporate
10 companies, although we ought to have some general law in regard to their
11 recognition.
12 Sir JOHN BRAY: I think the point raised by the hon. member, Mr. Munro, is worth a
13 little more consideration than hon. members seem disposed to bestow upon it. We know
14 what some of these corporations are; and I think joint-stock companies might be
15 incorporated upon some uniform method. In South Australia, a banking company is not
16 allowed to be incorporated under the Companies Act; still, there is nothing in Victoria of
17 which I am aware to prevent a banking company from being registered there as a limited
18 company and opening a branch in South Australia a few days afterwards. I think it is
19 necessary, therefore, to have some uniform law. There is nothing in which the public
20 should have more confidence than in banks which are in any way recognised by the state;
21 and I think we should have some uniform system of incorporating banks. Many
22 companies, although doing business under different names, are, in reality, banks.
23 Mr. MUNRO: The banks are incorporated under the Companies Act in Victoria!
24 Sir JOHN BRAY: You can establish financial companies, which you do not call banks,
25 but which answer all the purposes of banks. We have provided that the federal
26 parliament shall legislate as to the incorporation of banks; but there is nothing to
27 prevent the incorporation by the states themselves, quite apart from the federal
28 parliament, of trading companies which will do all the ordinary business of banks. If it is
29 desirable to intrust legislation as to the incorporation of banks to the federal government,
30 there is no reason why we should not say that the registration of financial companies doing
31 all the business of banks should be dealt with in the same manner.

43 It appears that if the sub-section remains where it is state laws will be valid until federal
44 legislation, but the states will not be able to alter or improve those laws during the possibly
45 long interval between federation and federal legislation. Under these circumstances, as we
46 leave to the states for an indefinite time the power of maintaining the laws they have, we
47 should grant to them the power of improving those laws. It would recommend the
48 Constitution more to a large number of persons if we put the sub-section in clause 52, thus
49 enabling each state to legislate on this matter until the Federal Parliament comes in and
50 legislates for all.

1 The following also makes it very clear that the Commonwealth can only tax anyone in a uniform
2 manner, albeit can use a sliding scale. Which means that it can apply taxation brackets but so for
3 all persons/businesses earning the same amount of monies and not exclude certain
4 persons/businesses from the same bracket income while others are not. Meaning, that so called
5 non-profit (not for profit) taxation exclusions are unconstitutional! The Commonwealth
6 obviously can legislate that certain items can be tax deductible but only if this applies to all and
7 any person/business entity. As such, nothing to prevent the Commonwealth to legislate to allow
8 a person/business to deduct for taxation purposes any expenditure regarding actual proven
9 expenditure toward the needy, etc, provided all persons regardless of position, status can make
10 such deduction claim for taxation purposes.
11 How can the “eSafety Commissioner” even assess what is applicable if it lacks the basic
12 constitutional knowledge as to what is applicable? If the “eSafety Commissioner” doesn’t know
13 that for example Commonwealth law on behalf of a State or States (who referred legislative
14 powers to the Commonwealth) is only applicable to that State or States for which the
15 Commonwealth acts but not applicable to other States versus where the Commonwealth has
16 exclusive powers and then all legislation not just taxation, bounties, customs, must be
17 UNIFORM throughout Australia? As such, the “eSafety Commissioner”
18 Cannot merely assume that the Government of the Day and its lackeys being Departments, etc,
19 are correct because we have for this the judiciary to make the final determination and as such the
20 “eSafety Commissioner” cannot interfere with the rights of citizens/businesses merely because
21 it has a misconception, etc, as to what is constitutionally applicable!
22 The “Identity Verification Bill” is not within the Commonwealth powers as this would interfere
23 with the freedom of movement of Australians within the Commonwealth of Australia.

54 throughout the Commonwealth-still there might be a difficulty, and litigation might arise
55 about it, and prolonged trouble might be occasioned with regard to the provision in case,
56 for instance, an income tax or a land tax was imposed. What is really wanted is to

1 prevent a discrimination between citizens of the Commonwealth in the same

2 circumstances. I beg to move-
3 That all the words after the word "taxation" where it is first used be struck out, and that
4 the following words be substituted:-"but not so as to discriminate between states or parts of

6 I conceive it to be quite unnecessary to retain these words in view of clause 89,
7 prescribing free-trade among the several states, under which any duty or tax on goods
8 passing from one state to another would be clearly invalid, and could not possibly be
9 allowed by the operation of the preference clauses. I propose not to say anything about
10 goods in this connexion passing from one state to another, as that is sufficiently provided
11 for, and I put in this provision, which prevents discrimination or any form of tax
12 which would make a difference between the citizen of one state and the citizen of
13 another state, and to prevent anything which would place a tax upon a person going
14 from one state to another. I beg to move-
15 That all the words after the first word "taxation" in the second sub-section be omitted,

44 employment of aliens as hawkers and miners, the state legislation will cease to have effect.
45 The honorable and learned member (Mr. Symon) said-Hand to the Federal Parliament all
46 powers connected with aliens, and allow them to give back certain powers to the state." We
47 say-Instead of taking these powers from the states and giving them back again, let us leave
48 them with the states until the Federal Parliament chooses to assume them."
49 Sir JOHN DOWNER (South Australia).-I do not think it makes any substantial
50 difference whether you put this provision in clause 52, or leave it where it is. The Federal
51 Parliament has first to say what races it is: necessary to make regulations about.

1 Mr. ISAACS.-That is giving a rather limited meaning to the words "deemed

2 necessary."
3 Sir JOHN DOWNER.-There must be some body which deems it necessary, and the only
4 body to which the words can refer is the Commonwealth Parliament. What very substantial
5 difference does it make whether we leave the provision as it stands or put it into clause 52?
6 True, if the provision is left where it stands, the Federal Parliament will have exclusive
7 power in connexion with this matter; but that body will only have exclusive power when it
8 chooses to exercise it. It is only when the Federal Parliament has passed legislation
9 dealing with the people about whom regulations are to be made that this exclusive
10 power will have arisen. The only matter for the committee to consider is as to the
11 expediency of leaving the provision here or of putting; it into clause 52. Wherever it is, it
12 will, upon the passing of the Constitution, operate as an intimation to the Federal
13 Parliament that this is a matter of national import, upon which they are expected to
14 legislate. Once within the Commonwealth citizens should be able to go freely from one
15 state to another; there should be no lines of differentiation between states. If races are
16 admitted into one state, and are not free to go into another, the inconveniences of
17 administration, especially on the borders, will be very great. It has been thought well that
18 there should be a uniform law throughout Australia in respect to the citizens of
19 Australia, and it was considered that this provision should be put into a separate
20 clause giving exclusive powers, in order to emphasize the fact that the Federal
21 Parliament should legislate upon this matter. In my opinion, whether you put the
22 provision into clause 52, or leave it where it is, its substantial legislative effect will be the
23 same. As to the meaning of the words, "the affairs of the people of any race with respect to

36 What the representatives from Victoria want is exactly what is provided here, but the
37 provision is put where it is for the purposes of extra emphasis, and to indicate to the
38 Federal Parliament that they are expected to make over-riding and general legislation in
39 regard to this vital question. I think honorable members are, almost without exception,
40 strongly of opinion that there should be federal legislation upon this matter, and I therefore
41 believe that it will meet the wishes of honorable members if we leave the provision exactly
42 where it is, as a means of hurrying up the Federal Parliament and causing it to legislate in
43 this matter as soon as possible.

6 health Nisia Trindade Lima, and Michel Demaré, chair of the board at AstraZeneca.
7 In their first post-pandemic meeting held in November 2022, the WHO brought over 300
8 scientists to consider which of over 25 virus families and bacteria could potentially create
9 another pandemic.
10 The list the team came up with included: the Ebola virus, the Marburg virus disease,

14 I’ve interviewed Meryl Nass about how the WHO is trying to take over aspects of
15 everyone’s lives. She just published an important piece over the weekend, Why Is Davos
16 So Interested in Disease? about how the WEF and the WHO have become partners to
17 terrify the world.
18 Alexis Baden-Mayer, Esq., political director for the Organic Consumers Association, did
19 some digging into the participants of this WEF event, and the two things they all have in
20 common are 1) dumping the AstraZeneca COVID shot on the developing world (primarily
21 India and Brazil) after rich countries rejected it due to its admitted blood clotting risk, and
22 2) pushing for the implementation of medical AI systems that will eliminate doctors along
23 with patient choice and privacy.
24 Practice Runs or Responsible Planning?
25 In a January 11, 2024, tweet, Fox News analyst and former assistant secretary for public
26 affairs for the U.S. Treasury Department, Monica Crowley, wrote:4
27 “From the same people who brought you COVID-19 now comes Disease X: Next week in
28 Davos, the unelected globalists at the World Economic Forum will hold a panel on a future
29 pandemic 20x deadlier than COVID …
30 Just in time for the election, a new contagion to allow them to implement a new WHO
31 treaty, lock down again, restrict free speech and destroy more freedoms. Sound far-
32 fetched? So did what happened in 2020. When your enemies tell you what they’re planning
33 and what they’re planning FOR, believe them. And get ready.”
34 Dr. Stuart Ray, vice chair of medicine for data integrity and analytics at Johns Hopkins’
35 Department of Medicine, dismissed such warnings, telling Fortune magazine5 that
36 “Coordination of public health response is not conspiracy, it’s simply responsible
37 planning.”
38 I’d be willing to believe him if it wasn’t for a now-obvious trend: Whatever the globalists
39 claim will happen actually does happen at a remarkable frequency, and their prognostic
40 capabilities become easier to explain when you consider that most lethal pandemics have
41 been caused by manmade viruses, the products of gain-of-function research. It’s pretty
42 easy to predict a new viral outbreak if you have said virus waiting in the wings.
43 With that in mind, recent research from China certainly raises concern, to say the least.
44 According to a January 3, 2024, preprint,6 a SARS-CoV-2-related pangolin coronavirus —
45 described as a “cell culture-adapted mutant” called GX_P2V that was first cultured in 2017
46 — was found to kill 100% of the humanized mice (ACE2-transgenic mice) infected with
47 it.7
48 The primary cause of death was brain inflammation. According to the authors, “this is the
49 first report showing that a SARS-CoV-2-related pangolin coronavirus can cause 100%
50 mortality in hACE2 mice, suggesting a risk for GX_P2V to spill over into humans.”

1 However, if this virus mutated as a result of passaging through cell cultures, then it’s not
2 likely to emerge in the wild. It’s another unnatural lab creation, so rather than saying it
3 may spill over from pangolins to humans, it would be more accurate to admit that it may
4 pose a (rather serious) risk to humans were a lab escape to occur.
5 COVID Dress Rehearsals
6 In 2017, Johns Hopkins Center of Health Security held a coronavirus pandemic simulation
7 called the SPARS Pandemic 2025-2028 scenario.8 Importantly, the exercise stressed
8 “communication dilemmas concerning medical countermeasures that could plausibly
9 emerge” in a pandemic scenario.
10 Then, in October 2019, less than three months before the COVID-19 outbreak, the Bill &
11 Melinda Gates Foundation in collaboration with Johns Hopkins and the World Economic
12 Forum hosted Event 201.
13 The name itself suggests it may have been a continuation of the SPARS Pandemic
14 exercise. College courses are numbered based on their prerequisites. A 101 course does not
15 require any prior knowledge whereas 201 courses require prior familiarity with the topic at
16 hand.
17 As in the SPARS Pandemic scenario, Event 201 involved an outbreak of a highly
18 infectious coronavirus, and the primary (if not sole) focus of the exercise was, again, how
19 to control information and keep “misinformation” in check, not how to effectively discover
20 and share remedies.
21 Social media censorship played a prominent role in the Event 201 plan, and in the real-
22 world events of 2020 through the present, accurate information about vaccine
23 development, production and injury has indeed been effectively suppressed around the
24 world, thanks to social media companies and Google’s censoring of opposing viewpoints.
25 In March 2021, an outbreak of “an unusual strain of monkeypox virus” was simulated.9 In
26 late July the following year, the WHO director-general declared that a multi-
27 country outbreak of monkeypox constituted a public health emergency of international
28 concern,10 against his own advisory group.
29 Bill Gates Plans for New Catastrophic Contagion
30 ‘Catastrophic Contagion’ Exercise
31 Considering both of these simulations, SPARS (“Event 101”?) and Event 201,
32 foreshadowed what eventually occurred in real life during COVID, when Gates hosts yet
33 another pandemic exercise, it’s worth paying attention to the details.
34 October 23, 2022, Gates, Johns Hopkins and the WHO cohosted “a global challenge
35 exercise” dubbed “Catastrophic Contagion,”11,12 involving a fictional pathogen called
36 “severe epidemic enterovirus respiratory syndrome 2025” (SEERS-25).
37 Enterovirus D6813 is typically associated with cold and flu-like illness in infants, children
38 and teens. In rare cases, it’s also been known to cause viral meningitis and acute flaccid
39 myelitis, a neurological condition resulting in muscle weakness and loss of reflexes in one
40 or more extremities.
41 Enteroviruses A71 and A6 are known to cause hand, foot and mouth disease,14 while
42 poliovirus, the prototypical enterovirus, causes polio (poliomyelitis), a potentially life-
43 threatening type of paralysis that primarily affects children under age 5. So, the virus they
44 modeled in this simulation appears to be something similar to enterovirus D68, but worse.
45 Vaccine Drug Trials Begin for Deadly Nipah Virus
46 One known virus that bears some resemblance to the fictional SEERS-25 is the Nipah
47 virus. This virus has a kill rate of about 75%,15 and survivors oftentimes face long-term
48 neurological issues stemming from the infection. Nipah is also said to affect children to a
49 greater degree than adults.16
50 Incidentally, human trials for a vaccine against the deadly Nipah virus were recently
51 launched.17Volunteers received their first shots in early January 2024. The experimental

1 injection uses the same viral vector technology used to produce AstraZeneca’s COVID
2 shot.
3 The trial is reportedly being carried out by the University of Oxford in an undisclosed area
4 where Nipah is actively infecting victims. (India seems to be indicated, as an outbreak in
5 Kerala killed two people and hospitalized three in September 2023.18)
6 The disease is thought to spread via interaction with infected animals such as goats, pigs,
7 cats and horses. It may also spread via tainted blood products and food. Symptoms can
8 emerge anywhere from a few days after exposure to as long as 45 days.
9 Initial symptoms include fever, headache and respiratory illness, which can rapidly
10 progress to encephalitis (brain swelling), seizures and coma within just a couple of days.
11 According to the WHO, pigs are known to be “highly contagious” during the incubation
12 period, and it’s possible that humans may be as well, although that has yet to be confirmed.
13 Training African Leaders to Go Along with the Narrative
14 Tellingly, the Catastrophic Contagion exercise focused on getting leadership in African
15 countries involved and trained in following the script. African nations went “off script”
16 more often than others during the COVID pandemic, and didn’t follow in the footsteps of
17 developed nations when it came to pushing the jabs.
18 As a result, vaccine makers now face the problem of having a huge control group, as the
19 COVID jab uptake on the African continent was only 6%,19 yet it fared far better than
20 developed nations in terms of COVID-19 infections and related deaths.20
21 The Catastrophic Contagion exercise predicts SEERS-25 will kill 20 million people
22 worldwide, including 15 million children, and many who survive the infection will be left
23 with paralysis and/or brain damage. In other words, the “cue” given is that the next
24 pandemic may target children rather than the elderly, as was the case with COVID-19.

30 In August 2023, a new vaccine research facility was set up in Wiltshire, England, fully
31 staffed with more 200 scientists, to begin work on a vaccine against the unknown “Disease
32 X.” As reported by Metro:21
33 “It took 362 days to develop the Covid-19 vaccine. But the Vaccine Development and
34 Evaluation Centre team wants to reduce that time to 100 days. Scientists at the facility will
35 develop a range of prototype vaccines and tests.
36 The new lab is a part of a global effort to respond to global health threats. The UK and
37 other G7 countries signed up to the ‘100 Days Mission’ in 2021. The government has
38 invested £65 million into the lab.
39 Professor Dame Jenny Harries, the head of the UK Health Security Agency, said the new
40 facility would ‘ensure that we prepare so that if we have a new Disease X, a new pathogen,
41 we have as much of that work in advance as possible.’”
42 In the U.S., Congress also introduced the “Disease X Act of 2023” (H.R.383222) back in
43 June 2023. The bill calls for the establishment of a BARDA program to develop “medical
44 countermeasures for viral threats with pandemic potential.” The bill was referred to the
45 Subcommittee on Health in early June 2023 but has not yet been passed.
46 The Disease X Act amends a section of the Public Health Service Act with two new
47 clauses that call for “the identification and development of platform manufacturing
48 technologies needed for advanced development and manufacturing of medical
49 countermeasures for viral families which have significant potential to cause a pandemic,”
50 and “advanced research and development of flexible medical countermeasures against
51 priority respiratory virus families and other respiratory viral pathogens with a significant

1 potential to cause a pandemic, with both pathogen-specific and pathogen-agnostic

2 approaches …”
3 Needless to say, since it’s impossible to customize vaccines using the conventional method
4 of growing viruses in eggs or some other cell media in 100 days, it seems inevitable that all
5 these efforts are about the expansion of gene-based technologies. This, despite the fact that
6 the mRNA technology used for the COVID jabs has proven to be disastrous from a safety
7 standpoint, and ineffective to boot.
8 Why Manufactured Pandemics Will Continue
9 At this point, it’s quite clear that “biosecurity” is the chosen means by which the globalist
10 cabal intends to seize power over the world. The WHO is working on securing sole power
11 over pandemic response globally through its international pandemic treaty which, if
12 implemented, will eradicate the sovereignty of all member nations.
13 The WHO’s pandemic treaty is the gateway to a global, top-down totalitarian regime, a one
14 world government. Ultimately, the WHO intends to dictate all health care. But to secure
15 that power, they will need more pandemics. COVID-19 alone was not enough to get
16 everyone onboard with a centralized pandemic response unit, and they probably knew that
17 from the start.
18 So, the reason we can be sure there will be additional pandemics, whether manufactured
19 using either fear and hype alone or an actual bioweapon created for this very purpose, is
20 because the takeover plan, aka The Great Reset, is based on the premise that we need
21 global biosecurity surveillance and centralized response.
22 Biosecurity, in turn, is the justification for an international vaccine passport, which the G20
23 has signed on to, and that passport will also be your digital identification. That digital ID,
24 then, will be tied to your social credit score, personal carbon footprint tracker, medical
25 records, educational records, work records, social media presence, purchase records, your
26 bank accounts and a programmable central bank digital currency (CBDC).
27 Once all these pieces are fully connected, you’ll be in a digital prison, and the ruling cabal
28 — whether officially a one world government by then or not — will have total control over
29 your life from cradle to grave.
30 We’re Already Suffering Under a Pseudo-One World Government
31 We actually already have a pseudo-one world government, in the form of Bill Gates’
32 nongovernmental organizations (NGOs). They are making health care decisions that
33 should be left to individual nations and/or states, and they’re making decisions that will
34 line their own pockets, regardless of what happens to the public health-wise.
35 They coordinate and synchronize pandemic communication during simulated practice runs,
36 and then, when the real-world situation emerges that fits the bill, the preplanned script is
37 played out more or less verbatim.
38 Between the G20 declaration to implement an international vaccine passport under the
39 auspice of the WHO, and the WHO’s pandemic treaty, everything is lined up to take
40 control of the next pandemic, and in so doing, further securing the foundation for a one
41 world government.
42 As discussed in my 2021 article, “COVID-19 Dress Rehearsals and Proof of the Plan,” the
43 pandemic measures rolled out for COVID-19 were the culmination of decades of careful
44 planning to radically and permanently alter the governance and social structures of the
45 world.
46 The medical system has been used in the past to drive forward a New World Order agenda
47 — now rebranded as “The Great Reset” — and it’s now being used to implement the final
48 stages of that longstanding plan. COVID-19 was a real-world practice run, and showed just
49 how effectively a pandemic can be used to shift the balance of power, and strip the global
50 population of its wealth and individual freedoms.

2 they’re the means to the globalists’ ends. To prevent this global coup, we need everyone to

8 single father with my 2-year-old daughter and it was always on my mind what would
9 happen to my daughter if I were to die suddenly. I was living in a small town where a
10 single father was not accepted, and so no such thing as having good neighbors. Perhaps,
11 the solution, if one can call it, is some electronic band that when the parent doesn't move
12 for say 12 hours then the band automatically send out a distress signal to a nearby
13 ambulance or fire station so they then can investigate why there was no movement by the
14 parent and if needed secure any child in an emergency. The distress signal must be such
15 that it gives the GPS location of the parent no matter if at home or elsewhere., and also the
16 home address of the parent.

39 results of my wife, as it is none of the Federal Government business and certainly neither for the
40 WHO, U.N. and/or W.E.F. to obtain that information. The Commonwealth has only legal powers
41 to provide for funding and has no constitutional powers to obtain my wife’s or for that anyone
42 else personal details. Obviously as the WHO desires to dictate what if any medication, treatment,
43 etc, it will permit (even so not having any such legalk powers to interfere with, my wife’s test
44 results are now saplatered over the internet.
