1. Familiarize and understand the nature of Philippines Folk Dance and master several
techniques as first step in learning the dance as a whole
2. Perform various folkdance steps in different time signature
3. Appreciate dance participation from analyzing good physiological outcomes

B – Motivation:

Identify the different folkdance found in the Philippines by arranging the rambled letters
on the board. Use the picture given by your teacher as your guide.

C – Lesson Proper:

- Discuss what is folkdance, Ritual dance, ethnic and traditional dance
