Efficiently lead operations of client 433 with a team of 50 employees consisting of both remote and on-site
employees.
Successfully designed and implemented a compensation & benefits plan reducing 10% costs of the company and
of the client 433.
Conducted detailed meetings with managers and CEO in enforcing a 6-month roadmap for all current and future
employees of the company.
Conducted client meetings to hire the team faster and smoothly resulting in 70% growth of the team.
Managing high morale’s of the Pakistan and Amsterdam team with various engagement and culture building

Actively updated employee database upto ISO Standards for smooth running of operations.
Conducted meetings with managers based in KSA, Dubai, LATAM and Pakistan to map-out 15% successful
