This study focused on the difficulties encountered by the PNP in

handling child in conflict with law in third district of batangas.

As shown in the figure _, the paradigm used in the flow chart with three

(3) dimensions of frames is considered as the steps in conducting this study.

The first frame includes the profile of the respondents which will be assesses
in terms of age, rank, length of service and the training attended; the

difficulties encountered by the respondents on handling cases of child in

conflict with the law; the significant difference on the perception of the

respondents in the difficulties encountered in handling child in conflict with the

law cases when grouped according to profile; and the actions that can be

proposed to address the difficulties identified in the study. The second frame

contains the data analysis through survey questionnaire prepared by the

researchers. Lastly, third frame presents the proposal recommendations

based on the findings of the study.

Statement of the Problem

This study aims to identify difficulties encountered by the PNP of Third

District of Batangas in handling Child in Conflict with the Law and if PNP’s

demographic profile contributes to their action plan. Specifically , it seeks

answer to the following questions:

1. What are the demographic profiles of the respondents in terms of:

1.1 Age;

1.2 Rank;

1.3 Lengtsh of Service and;

1.4 Traning Attended?

2. What difficulties encountered by the respondents on handling cases of child

in conflict with the law with regards to;

2.1 Participation of the Victims and;

2.2 Coordination of other Agencies?


3. Is there a significant difference on the perception of the respondents of the

difficulties encountered in handling child in conflict with the law when grouped

according to people?

4. What actions can be imposed to address the participants identified in the

study?

Hypothesis

There is no significant relationship between the respondent’s

demographic profile including age, rank, length of service and traning

attended with the difficulties encountered by the PNP in handling child in

conflict with law.

Assumptions of the Study

The study assumes that:

1. The respondents must cooperate and participate thoroughly in

completing the entire work.

2. Each researcher must find the undertaking convenient and

comfortable to work on.

3. The researchers are able to acquire the needed sufficient data to

complete the work.

4. They will be able to submit the work as scheduled.

5. Significant benefits and lessons will be provided by the

investigation.
Scope and Limitation of the Study

This study will focuses on the difficulties encountered by the PNP of

Third District of Batangas in handling child in conflict with the law. The

information was strictly limited to the responses given by the respondents.

The total number of respondents were _. The same questionnaires were

given to all of the respondents for them to answer. The questionnaire that the

researchers created is the primary source of data. A year was spent doing the

study

Significance of the Study

This study aims to give critical information and knowledge about the

chosen issue from the difficulties encountered by the PNP of Third District of

Batangas in handling child in conflict with the law.

To the PNP personnels, it will provide the PNP with valuable insights

into the difficulties it faces in handling CICL cases in Third District of Batangas

and recommendations for addressing these problems.

To the government agencies, it will provide with information that can be

used to develop policies and programs to improve the PNP's handling of CICL

cases.

To the victims of CICL, it is expected to raise awareness of CICL and

encourage victims to come forward and report crimes. This will lead to better

support for victims and more effective prosecution of perpetrators.


To the community, this study will contribute to the creation of a safer

community everyone by improving the PNP's handling of CICL cases.

Lastly, to the future researchers, this study would guide and serve as

reference material for those who conduct the same related study.

.Objectives of the Study

1. To determine the difficulties encountered by the PNP of Third District of

Batangas in handling child in conflict with the law.

2. To understand the difference on the perception of the respondents of the

difficulties encountered in handling child in conflict with the law when grouped

according to people.

3. To distinguish actions can be imposed to address the participants identified

in the study.
