health choices. Here are three simple things that you can do to stay healthy.

day. Aerobic exercises (walking, swimming, jogging, bicycling, dancing) are good for people’s health in
general and especially for your heart.
Take a few minutes every day just to relax and get your perspective back again, It doesn’t take long, and
mental health is important for your physical condition. You can also manage stress with exercise, relaxation
