WHO I AM Telecommunications engineer with 15 years of experience in different roles


throughout the software development life cycle. Starting as a C/C++ developer, my
professional evolution led me into management-focused roles, including positions as
Product Owner, Engineering Manager and my current role as Head of Service
Delivery.

My curious nature has driven my interest in the analysis, definition, execution, and
continuous improvement of processes - which I think fosters a company's growth - as
well as acting as the nexus between internal and external stakeholders. I consider

EXPERIENCE
Currently I work for nFlux AI, a US startup with a SaaS solution that applies AI and
CV to the field of manufacturing process. My main roles and responsibilities include:
● Defining, implementing, and ensuring the proper execution of processes in
both internal and external operations of the company
● Launching and leading the Service Delivery department
● Leading the selection and hiring process for the departmental team (15
people): Technical Account Managers, Annotation Leads, Annotators
● Coordinating a multidisciplinary team of 40 people in different countries (US,
Europe, India) and time zones
● Conducting 1:1 follow-ups with department members, defining and executing
performance reviews
● Establishing performance measurement metrics and capacity plans for
departmental staffing needs
● Analyzing and selecting tools for the company's internal processes.
● Defining metrics to evaluate service performance
● Serving as the Product Owner, defining and prioritizing the backlog, as well as
acting as the interface between the Engineering team and customers
● Leading communications and executive sync meetings with customers

Working for Telefónica in the development and maintenance of their TV platform in
Spain and LATAM, my role combined responsibilities as a Product Owner and
Engineering Manager. Among others:
● Leading the transformation from a waterfall to an Agile framework
● Promoting the standardization of the software development process,
defining mandatory reviewers for PRs across different project components
● Driving the adoption of GitHub Actions for continuous integration and
deployment
● Managing relationships with external clients, defining REST API interfaces
● Backlog management, defining user stories, acceptance criteria and test
