Event Planning Committees:

Food: Camille Sauvat and Desha Thorne
Students in this committee provided all food and beverages for the event.
Pizza, fruit, cookies, cupcakes, macarons, soft drinks, and water were provided
with cups and themed napkins.

Bulletin Board: Natalia Martinez, Zy'keria Kelly, and Savanna Fiegel

Students in this committee created a bulletin board put up in Johnson Hall
with information about the event.

Logo and Invitations: Jennifer Cruiz and Maxime Cote-Colisson
Students in this committee created the logo used on all event related content
and the invitations sent out.

Posters: Shannon Williams

Student in this committee worked to create a poster to be displayed for the
event.

Social Media: Bradley Moorer, Emma Crouch, and Manon Viera-Major
Students in this committee created content (posts and stories) for the MCOM
department Instagram.

Decorations: Axelle Maillefaud, Kelli McAlhany, Kennedy Parker, Malin Leith, and
Kymoree Wynn
Students in this committee worked to decorate the Tuttle Dining Room for the
event.
Created flowers, set the tables, and put up signs with event's logo.

Logistics: Omari Singleton

Student in this committee coordinated all technology (projector for senior
slide show), seating, and all technicalities related to the event.

Senior Slide Show: Jasmine Williams, Camille Taieb, and Kanazha Guinyard
Students in this committee created a senior slide show with pictures of all of
the eligible winners.
Information regarding eligible winner's names and majors were included.

Historian: Astrid Haynie

Student in this committee created the after-show evaluation form to be filled
out and complied pictures and information during the event.
