Jordan:Thank you Ms Secretary Dalyn Wais, may we now sit-down
Jordan:Good Morning each and everyone… May I call Ms. Secretary again to read the attendance for
today

Jordan: Ok thank you, this 23th SK regular meeting is called to order…based on the attendance
presented in this forum may I ask Ms. Secretary to distribute the copy of previous minutes and read us
its content

Jordan: Is there any amendments any corrections or additions.
Jordan: Since I heard none anybody can raise motion to approved the previous minutes

Jordan: Since Mr. Corpuz raise the motion to approved the previous minutes and seconded by Mr.
Bahay therefore the minutes from previous meeting is been approved as read.
Jordan: Now a new business is open for our new discussion and the first one is the “Proposed project for
making MRF for proper waste disposal.” In a reason and purpose for cleanliness of the area and vacinity
of barangay Potia and the second one is the location to build the project.
Jordan: Any other agenda to be discussed …hearing none let’s proceed to the new agenda
Jordan: Our first agenda is about the Proposed project for making MRF for proper waste disposal. For
cleanliness of the area in barangay Potia
Mark Clement: Mr. Chairman
Jordan: Yes, You are recognize Mr. Inomna
Mark Clement: I have notice that instead of building MRF we should make trash cans and put all over
the place of Barangay Potia for proper waste disposal as I notice that a lot of waste are being scattered
in the many area that we develop last year and sacks as our trash can is somewhat irritating to see.
Eulyses: Mr Chairman
Jordan:You are recognize Mr. Bahay
Eulyses: I have a point of order that we should build MRF as there’s a lot of benefit you can get to it like
for example you can sell the things that can give profits and we can add it to our budget, for the future
projects to come, also it is not true that sacks is useless. As it is an alternative way were we can put our
trash in one place.
Jordan: Ok thank you, Mr. Inomna said that instead of building MRF we should make trash can as of
because the sacks are somewhat irritating to see, however Mr. Bahay raise that we should build MRF as
there’s a lot of benefit you can get to it and it can increased our budget because you can sell the scrap
that have profits……and what should we do now?
Geron: I think we should further know its budget as we have limited access to it and on this why not we
should ask the treasurer to conduct an evaluation how much will be the cost on this MRF project, which
is our main topic
Jordan: Mr Geron suggested to ask our treasurer to conduct an evaluation on how much will be the cost
to build the MRF which is our main topic
Jordan: Anybody can raise this matter in a motion

Francis: I have a motion to request the treasurer to conduct an evaluation on this particular matter...to
provide us an information about the project. Concerning the MRF which is our main topic
Jordan: Thank you for that suggestions, now may we ask to our treasurer to conduct an evaluation
regarding the budget needed for the project
Jordan: Mr Quintin raises the motion to request the treasurer to conduct an evaluation in this particular

Jordan: Once again good afternoon we’re now in the second part of the agenda about location where to
build the MRF in Barangay Potia and it must be decided to approve and as of now we must make again a
discussion in order for us to decide if the location should be approved or not…so any motion…?

Mark: I have a point of information that we should build MRF near landfills and far from home in reason
that sometimes some trash are stinky and it cause some minor health issues if we put the MRF near the
people’s houses of Barangay Potia
Jordan: Ok

Eulyses: I agree for the motion of Mr Inomna that we should build MRF near landfills and far from home

put MRF near the center of Barangay Potia. Additional to that it can cause traffic if were going to put
there because of the sanitary trucks going in and out in the facility.

Francis: Mr Chairman I have point of information as we conduct in a formal interview together with Ms.
Treasurer to the people living in Barangay Potia, according to the data we gathered that it is necessary
that we should build the MRF far from houses and according to them it is very important for the
sanitation and cleanliness Barangay Potia as they suggested during our interview
Geron: I agree with Mr.Quintin stating that we should build the MRF far from houses and it is very
important for the sanitation and cleanliness Barangay Potia and we must prioritize this even with our
limited budget we have

Jordan: According to Mr Quintin and agreed by Mr Corpuz and seconded by Mr Inomna that we should
build the MRF far from houses and it is very important for the sanitation and cleanliness Barangay Potia
and we must prioritize this even with our limited budget we have and because of that we must consider
this
