I. OBJECTIVES
A. Content Standards The learners demonstrate an understanding of the formation of typhoons
and their movement within the PAR.
B. Performance Standards The learners shall be able to demonstrate precautionary measures before,
during, and after a typhoon, including following advisories, storm signals,
and calls for evacuation given by government agencies in charge and
participate in activities that lessen the risks brought by typhoons.
Learners will be able to:

2. explain why some parts of the country are not visited by typhoons and
some are frequently visited.

V. REFLECTION
To be able to familiarize yourself of the topography of the country gives a
feeling of security since you will be able to understand the behavior of a
typhoon.
