With reference to the above-mentioned project, we are pleased to submit
herewith our best & competitive offer for supply SIDE RISE products as per the
attached BOQ and description.
We trust that our offer meets your requirements and the project’s budget.
If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact US.

Notes:
 Our offer is based on 450 linear meter quantity with 5cm gap size.
 Any additional scope of work or item required and not consider in this offer will be
subject for a revision or price variation.
 Any change in linear meter quantity and gap size the price will be changed.
 All materials based on the exchange rate of GBP= 40 EGP.

Scope of works
Our offer is based on attached BOQ schedule. Items not specifically mentioned in this letter
and our BOQ should not be considered as forming part of this scope of works / quotation.

Terms of Payment:
1- 60% advanced payment.
2- 25% shipping documents.
3- 15% upon receiving from our warehouse.

Validity & Supply:

- Our offer is valid for 1 week from date of issue.

- Material will be suppling after 6 weeks from date of collection the advanced payment,
according to the availability of sailing dates.
