February 2, 2024 – Booth Decorations
February 3, 2024 – Opening of Booths
February 9, 2024 – Last day of Booths

Contest Proper:
a. The exhibit of booths shall start after the 1st day of Foundation Week and will be operational until
February 9, 2024.
b. The booth construction and/or decoration may start from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on February 2, 2024.
c. The booth must adhere to the respective theme of each strand.
d. The booth must be mostly made of recycled materials.
e. The participants must build only one booth per strand.
f. Each booth must have customized signage that will represent their organization or strand.
g. Selling of pieces of stuff or merchandise is allowed but not limited to over-pricing.

Overall booth design/appearance 20%

Creativity, Originality and Compliance 15%
Cleanliness 15%
Booths’ Profit/ Total Remittance 50%
Total: 100%

General Instructions
- On the matter of judging, the judges’ decision is final and irrevocable.
- At all times, when there are doubts in the mechanics, the decision of the organizers shall
prevail and shall be final and irrevocable.

Reminders:
1. The Booth Manager (Ms. Timpug) and Assistant Manager (Ms. Socoro) will collect funds each day
from each Team’s Booth Manager.
2. The booth schedule is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ONLY.
