Dear Atty. Alicer,

This is to express my intent to apply as ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V with item

number OSEC-DENRB-ADOF5-29-2004 under Administrative Division, Regional
Office. I am Lester Jao R. Seguban, 28 years old of Dagupan, Kabacan, Cotabato
presently employed as Project Development Officer I at the Schools Division Office of
Cotabato, Amas, Kidapawan City. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of
Arts in Theology from the Philippine College of Ministry, Inc. at La Trinidad, Benguet,
Baguio City, and my Master’s Degree in Master of Arts in Management major in Public
Administration at Philippine Christian University, Manila, National Capital Region

As current Project Development Officer I, I am engaged with capacity building as a

program holder, promoting environmental awareness and programs thru Youth for
Environment in School Organization (YES-O) in line with the National Greening
Program, and in partnership, networking and linkages to supplement the needs for the
deliverable programs and projects. As a young breed public servant, I innovated and
initiated programs/ projects to deliver services for the clients – the learners. This is
one thing that I can share with the Department of Environment and Natural
Resources to think of and innovate programs/ projects that will help personnel and
deliver services efficiently.
