Introduction
Understanding ourselves, our desires, values, and
the utilization of our innate skills can be one of life's
most formidable challenges. Conducting a
comprehensive self-assessment from various
perspectives contributes to a more holistic
understanding of one's identity. While valuable on its

profound understanding of what truly matters and
what doesn't and how to align these insights with our
personality for a balanced approach to life.
