I. Pre-Implementation Narratives The In-Set coordinator invited the
school as the resource speaker
through a written request to talk
on innovation and action research
writing.
II. Implementation Narratives The speaker confidently and
smartly discussed all the parts of
action research or innovation so
that the teachers could
understand the contents of each
part.
Teachers were given time to
construct a title of an innovation
or an action research which is
applicable to the needs of the
school and the division as a whole
since action research or
innovation can be adopted by
other schools.
III. Post-Implementation Narratives The resource speaker challenge
and encourage all the teachers to
write an innovation or an action
research which will in the end
benefit who learners, school, and
 the community.
The session is indeed an eye
opener for the teachers to think
and come up on matters that
should be paid attention to
improve the students, the
education system so that each
time will be useful.
