Greetings!

The bearers, Era Joy C. Añano, Glaiza A. Balayan, Myra G. Cabrera, Joanna “Lysa” L.
Cayabyab, and Phoebe Angelle M. Cosino, whose signatures appear below are bona fide 4th-
year Bachelor of Science in Architecture students at the Technological University of the
Philippines – Manila, College of Architecture and Fine Arts and are currently enrolled in
Architectural Design 7: Community Architecture and Urban Design course. In accordance
with the foregoing, the researchers are in need of pertinent facts or data for their research study
and design proposal entitled:

“A Redevelopment Proposal for Municipality of Cainta, Rizal Re-envisioned


Landmarks/Sites”

The objective of the research study and design proposal is to deliver ingenious problem-based
design solutions that will contribute to the rebirth of the municipality redefining the public life of
the communities and the Filipino identity in the 21st century and beyond. Therefore, the
following documents from the offices concerned will be vital to the group’s study:

“Proposed Pasalubong Center and SumBingTik Pavilion”

1. Sectoral Distribution of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Cainta


2. Data on the contribution of tourism industry to the economy of Cainta (2019-2023)
3. Data on the contribution of local products (e.g., SumBingTik) to the economy of
Cainta (2019-2023)
4. Relevant data regarding sidewalk vendors of Cainta, including but not limited to:
 Number of sidewalk vendors
 Current Status
 Density of vendors in specific areas

“Proposed Pay Parking Business Center and Tricycle Terminal”

1. List of Pay Parking Businesses (Public and Private)

All information or documents furnished by your offices would be used strictly for academic purposes.
The researchers also further understand that any breach of the duty to maintain confidentiality could be
