Greetings! The bearers, Charles Godwin T. Cordial, and Paul Vincent B. Acuzar, whose
signatures appear below are bona fide 3rd-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture
students at the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila, College of Architecture
and Fine Arts and are currently enrolled in Architectural Design 6: Site Development
Planning and Landscaping course. In accordance with the foregoing, the researchers are
in need of pertinent facts or data for their research study and design proposal entitled:

“A Proposed Beach Resort in Olongapo, Zambales.”

The objective of the research study and design proposal is to improve the tourism sector of
the Philippines through building a beach resort in the chosen city of the researchers which
is the Olongapo, Zambales. Therefore, the following documents will be vital to the group’s
study:

 Comprehensive Land Use Plan

 Comprehensive Development Plan
 Socioeconomic and Physical Profile
 Location of the Prospect Site of the Project*
 Beach Resort Design Guidelines of the City of Olongapo
 Other pertinent data

* Photo of the prospect site is attached in this letter.

All information or documents furnished by your offices would be used strictly for academic
