    An inspection was conducted at CEEC HUNAN THERMAL POWER (M) SDN. BHD on December 7, 2022. Three findings were noted: metal waste was not properly disposed of, an oxygen cylinder was not safely placed in a rack, and workers were not wearing complete personal protective equipment. Control measures were implemented to cut up and dispose of the metal waste, safely place the oxygen cylinder in a rack, and brief workers on wearing full PPE before starting work. All findings were closed on the same day after being rectified.
