rta: I am a technical welding assistant in the oil field located in San Francisco, I am currently
studying an industrial electromechanical technologist in El Sena, I have a beautiful family who live
in the village of Tamarindo, 15 minutes from the city of Neiva.

2. tell me about your skills for the job

rta: my skills are teamwork, personnel management, equipment maintenance, organization,

communication, respect.

3. Where do you see yourself in five years?

rta: I see myself outside or inside the country exercising my career, also continuing in the oil field
but with more experience and knowledge to be able to transmit it to my colleagues, as well as
being in a company that allows me to use my strengths daily, work with people who share my
values and goals, and solve problems that matter with my work.

4. tell me about your expectations with the job

rta: being part of a work team and consolidating myself professionally in a company where
personal achievements and performance are recognized, in addition to allowing opportunities for
personal and professional development and also improving myself in all aspects of my life, giving
the best of me every day both in the work aspect and in the personal aspect.

5. What do you consider important in the field of mechanical maintenance?

Answer: For me, the most important thing in mechanical maintenance is that it gives a better
useful life to the equipment, also that work accidents are prevented and avoided, costs are
reduced.
