1. What motivated you to practice this sport?

Which is very fun, many people enjoy ice skating as a recreational


and fun activity. Sliding down the ice rink is an exciting and social
experience.
2. Who is the person that inspires you?
When I was younger I was very inspired to see people skating on the
ice rink, professional people. Then I watched movies like Frozen,
which also motivated me a lot to skate. In addition, I received a lot
of support from my parents to dedicate myself to this sport.
3. How long have you been practicing this sport?
I have been practicing this sport for 15 years, I started when I was
just 5 years old
4. If you didn't practice this sport, what would you like to
practice?
Mmm, the truth is, it's a very difficult decision because I love
skating, but I think that if I didn't practice skating, I might do
swimming.
5. What is the most serious injury you have suffered?
When I was 10 years old I sprained my ankle, it was very painful.
6. Do you want to add something else?
I would like to invite more people to practice this sport since ice
skating is a cardiovascular exercise that involves many muscle
groups, such as legs, glutes and abdomen. Also improves
coordination and balance
