team, upon NOV’s request new instrument air header P&ID
1 Process update is under progress for which 15 additional manhours are
estimated to complete the task. We are awaiting NOV’s
approval on the same.
We received the latest PMS from NOV on 23rd June 2023. New
specs have been added/modified, Overall piping MTO must be
re-extracted as per the new spec.
2 Piping
AIPL estimated additional 150 manhours to carry out this task
which is not yet started and therefore awaiting NOV’s approval
on the same.
As per the REV-2 Instrument Air Circuit P&ID received on 18th
August 2023, 44 Nos of lines have been added for which we
have to update the lines with new line numbers, make
necessary changes in the model, re-extraction of Isometrics as

AIPL estimated additional 200 manhours to carry out this task
which is not yet started and therefore awaiting NOV’s approval
on the same.
As per the email received for Mr. Prasad, requesting
modifications of sampling cabinets for MRU and PWT area in
3D model as per new dimensions.
AIPL estimated additional 50 manhours to carry out this task by

approval on the same. We are still estimating and will come up
with the additional hours due to multidiscipline impact in
terms of accessibility, rerouting on the 3D model.

1) When updating the Material Take-Off (MTO), it's crucial to consider changes in
material descriptions compared to the previous MTO. These changes should match
the details in the 13 different piping catalogs we're currently using. This requires

time.
