Covered Scope Of Activity

This ITP will be applicable for Manhole works at CP 101 such as:
- External Works in Depot

Scope of this Inspection and Test Plan includes Material check, Position check, Rebar check,
Flexible Conduit check, formwork check, concrete check. The inspection work by QC Engineer of
subcontractor for Internal Inspection, checked by QC Engineer of TWJO and JMCMC Engineer as the
Acceptance for the Result of Inspection & Test Plan for this work item.

Tools of Inspection & Test Plan for Manhole Check Works are:
1. Measuring Tape
an instrument used to measure the distance or length. The meter is also useful for
measuring distance each rebar, check position and check dimension, (see in Picture 1)
