Installation of Box Culvert

Is there any damages observed on the precast segments?

(excessive cracks or broken segments or deformation etc)

(If yes, damage shall be bring to QC team's notice and shall not be used)

Are the levels and alignement before final installation checked and
verified by survey team?

Are all the joints filled between the segments appropriately?

Backfilling of temperory and new culvert

Have the segments achieved required compressive strength?

Is the backfilling carried out in specified manner as mentioned in MS?

Is the thickness of each backfill layer as per specifications?

(thickness in loose condition = max. 300 mm)

Is the compaction carried out as mentioned in MS?
