People need free time to give their brains relax and to clear their minds.

There are many ways to spend


our free time and it differ from person to person. And for me, do flying yoga and playing some games
are best way to spend my free time.

I started joining yoga club in my school when I was ten years old. First, I thought it would be difficult. But
my yoga teacher is really good at teaching how to do yoga. Soon, I found I really enjoyed doing it. It
helps me to get fit and also make my mind relax. I begin playing games because my best friend Ella
persuaded me to do that. But I figured out that was really great and improved my problem solving skills.
Even though, I was busy with my school works, but still do them in my free time.

I enjoyed doing them for many reasons. They help me to improve cognitive abilities and to have a good
health and also communication skills.

I’d recommend to do them in your free time because for me they’re the useful free-time activities.
