Precautionary measures to prevent Slip,Trip & Fall hazards are :
 Ensure Access is clear of obstruction.
 Ensure Materials are properly arranged and access is provided.
 Provide handrails along access so that workers can hold on
 Provide sufficient lighting so that obstructions are visible for workers like HOH .
 Provide safe access and working platform for workers
 Adhere to safe work procedures and practices
 Conduct regular housekeeping inside villas and outside to maintain clear access
 Keep the Villa’s floor dry.
 Provide directional arrows for exit and Entry.
 Any prudent rebar utility pipes along the way cover them or barricade them to avoid workers tripping while
carrying materials.
 Provide proper cable Management.
