Description The framework of the mathematics curriculum
aims to develop critical thinking and problem
solving skills. As a skills subject, mathematics
provides a solid foundation for necessary concepts
and life skills Filipino learners develop in basic
education.
Objectives 1. to develop the following skills and processes:
knowing and understanding, estimating,
computing and solving, visualizing and modeling,
representing and communicating, conjecturing,
reasoning, proving and decision making, and
applying and connecting.
2. To encourage pupils to love and embrace math
and the new technology where they can apply in
their real life situation
3. To measure the learning of the pupils through
quiz bee
4. To appreciate the importance of Math in our
daily lives.
