Dear Parents

ORIENTATION MEETING FOR SENIORS (CLASS 6B) 2023-2024

The 6B Level Meeting for your ward is scheduled for Thursday July 25, 2023, from 8:00 am
to 10:00 am.

You are requested to register yourself at 8:00 am, so that you are seated well in time for
proceedings to start at 8:15 am. We hope that you understand that parents arriving late not
only cause continuous distraction to ones already present, but also are not able to follow up
on their ward’s progress effectively throughout the year.

The Orientation Meeting is an important part of your ward’s education. We strongly

recommend that both parents be present on this occasion. Attendance is mandatory.

Kindly submit the acknowledgement slip at the office by Tuesday July, 23, 2023.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Sincerely yours

Dr. Razia Zahid (Mrs)

Principal
