1 Drain Water from fuel filter

2 Checking V-belt (max deflection 10mm)

3 Checking Battery Electrolyte level

4 Check Engine oil level

5 Check for Engine oil leakage

6 Check for fuel leakage

7 Check engine Fan Belt tension (Between 10mm-15mm)

8 Check for water coolant level & any leaks

9 Check the Exhaust of the Engine such as Color, Noise & Smell

10 Check Hour meter working

11 Check Engine RPM (Idle & Max)

12 Check fuel level if reqd Refill It

13 Check for any fuel leakage from Tank, hose etc

14 Check Hydraulic oil level & any leakage

15 Check whether movement of control levers & pedal are operating normal

16 Check whether clutch, brakes, pawl lock are operating normal

17 Check any leakage or damage in pipe & couplers

18 Check Reducers Oil level & any leak

19 Check for track Tension (between 10mm to 25mm)

20 Check Bolts & Nuts tightness of rollers

21 Check Boom Hooks Block for any damage, usual Play & deformation

22 Check wire Ropes for worn out deformation or damaged (Tol 2.5% to 4.5% of Dia).

23 Check function of Safety Devices like boom & Hook over hoist limit switch
24 Check electrical system such as wiring solenoid, light, horn etc

25 Check Boom & Main hoist rope dead end (Tightening torque 373 Nm)

26 Check Safety latch of Hook Block/ Ball Hook

27 Check working of SLI

28 Check All cylinders for leakages, pitting etc

29 Check Alternator working (27 v Output)

30 Check Gantry for deformation , crack

31 Check window glass ,step ,handle, guard for damage, crack

32 Check swing lock pin and rod for deformation

33 Check fuel & Hydraulic hose for damage / leakages

34 Check Swing Natural Free indicator Lamp lights up or not

35 Check Upper & lower Spreader for crack, Deformation

36 Check Wire rope Roller of Boom inserts & Top

37 Check Boom Point idler, jib, Strut Auxiliary Sheaves for damage, Deformation, wear

38 Check pin, link and Cotter Pin for damages

39 Check Back stop for bend, damages

40 Check the jib Strut and Tower Strut for damage, deformities and usual Play

41 Lubricate Boom Foot Pin, Gantry Link, Gantry Slide Sheave

42 Lubricate Slewing ring bearing

43 Lubricate ring gear

44 Check Swing Reduction unit Oil level

45 Check Air suction rubber hose

46 Checking exhaust pipe muffler

47 Check Radiator & Oil Cooler for abnormalities

48 Check Engine Bolt for looseness & Rubber mount for damage

49 Check Power divider oil leakage & unusual noise

50 Check Swing motor & its Reduction unit for Oil leak, unusual noise

51 Check Front & Rear Drum Motors & its Reduction Unit for oil leak, unusual noise

52 Check Boom Hoist Drum Motor & its Reduction Unit for oil leak, unusual noise
 53 Check Valves for oil leakage
54 Check Hydraulic Pump for oil leak & unusual noise
55 Check Gantry Cylinder for oil leak and damages
56 Check the drum lock & drum Ratchet for wear & damage

57 Check the fuel supply pump for normal operation and supply hose
for damage
58 Check Propeller Hyd Motor & Reduction Unit for oil leak &
unusual noise
59 Check the Swivel Joint for oil leak
60 Check the slewing ring bearing for unusual noise
61 Check Power divider Oil level
62 Check for Oil leak of lower , upper & idlar Roller
63 Check gauge cluster for unusual errors
