Квест з англійської мови

«Happy English»

для учнів 5 класу

Мета: вдосконалювати знання та навички , набуті на уроках англійської мови,
розвивати мовленнєву діяльність, розширювати світогляд учнів, розвивати
мовну здогадку та логічне мислення, формувати та розвивати навички
співпраці ( робота в групі), виховувати позитивне ставлення та інтерес до
вивчення англійської мови.

Обладнання: картки з назвами станцій, завдання та малюнки для станцій,

відеозапис пісні «If you are happy», « Hello», « All together now»

У квесті беруть участь 2 команди. Команди рухаються за маршрутними

листами. Маршрут кожної команди починається з різних станцій.

Pupil 2 Let’s play all together!

Pupil 1 It won’t be easy! You have to work in teams, work hand in hand from one
station to another doing quest tasks.
Команди отримують маршрутні листи і рухаються по станціях,
виконуючи завдання квесту.

Pupil1 Let’s make a circle. Greet each other . Say “Hello, Nika( the name of the
pupil )! Nice to see you!” and give the ball to the next pupil.

Pupil 2 Do you know the alphabet?

Name the letter of the alphabet and give the ball to the next pupil.

Pupil 1Let’s unite into two teams .

Pupil 2 Name your team. Choose the leader of your team.

Pupil 1 Pupil 2 Are you ready? Let’s start!

Pupil 1 Team №1. We are in front of our school. There are some trees there.

1 STATION SCHOOL .

2 STATION LIBRARY.

Go to the school library.

Do you know American writers? Guess! Who is this famous American writer?

He was born in Florida, the USA. He spent his childhood on the Missouri river.
He wrote about his childhood in his book “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.
Who is this famous American writer?

Find the envelope with the next task in one of his books.
 3 STATION SHOP

Go to the shop on the ground floor of our school. Write down the list of food
products. Ask the shop assistant to give the envelope with the next task.

4 STATION DOCTOR’S OFFICE

Go to the doctor’s office on the first floor of our school.

Our school doctor will give you the envelope with the task.

Match the proverbs with their Ukrainian equivalents.

Let’s make a poster “My school”.

Draw pictures, stick pictures, write words or sentences about our school.

Present your poster.

Команди проходять всі станції і збираються в актовій залі. Здають

маршрутні листи. Презентують постери . Журі визначає переможців.
Закінчення гри. Нагородження.
