I. SITUATION: The residents of Brgy. Tartaria Cavite lacks knowledge and


understanding on how to avoid and prevent crimes on the area.

II. MISSION:
A. Purpose : This project plan outlines a multifaceted approach to informing the
residents of Brgy.Tartaria Silang,Cavite about effective crime prevention
strategies. By raising awareness and fostering a sense of collective responsibility,
we can empower residents to take action and create a safer environment.
B. Objectives : This project plan outlines a multifaceted approach to informing the
residents of Brgy.Tartaria Silang,Cavite about effective crime prevention
strategies. By raising awareness and fostering a sense of collective responsibility,
we can empower residents to take action and create a safer environment.
C. Targets : All residents of Brgy.Tartaria Silang,Cavite across various age groups.

III. OPERATIONAL PLAN:


A. Concept of Operation -This provides a framework for a comprehensive and
coordinated effort to inform the community about crime prevention. By working
together, we can empower residents and create a safer environment for everyone
in Brgy.Tartaria Silang,Cavite.

B. Tasks :
a. Research and develop content on common local crimes and effective
prevention techniques.
b. Create easy-to-understand flyers, posters, brochures, and social media content.
c. Translate materials into different languages if necessary to reach diverse
populations.
d. Launch and maintain dedicated social media pages to share content
and engage residents
e. Host neighborhood meetings to discuss local crime trends and
concerns, and encourage reporting suspicious activity.
f. Promote and support the establishment or revitalization of
neighborhood watch programs.
C. Coordinating Instructions -
a. Establish a project team with representatives from various stakeholders (law
enforcement, community organizations, communication specialists).
b. Coordinate with media outlets to schedule public service announcements and
articles to maximize reach.

IV. FINANCE
a. Materials: Printing costs for flyers, posters, brochures, and other informational materials.
b. Technology: Social media advertising budget.
