Folk music reflects Philippine traditions. It is popular among the lowlands of Luzon. The people from this region easily embraced and adapted the culture of the Spaniards
who colonized the country, that is why their folk songs show distinct Spanish elements. A folk song is a narrative song that uses traditional melodies. It is a song of the
common people passed on from generation to generation. It is orally transmitted and handed down through performance rather than notation.
Folk songs reflect people's every day activities. They mark every stage in the life of a Filipino, from the moment he is born to the time he dies and gets buried.

Philippine folk songs can be classified as narrative. lullaby children's songs serenade, or work song,
1, Narrative-This is a song that tells a story. An example of a narrative folk song is "Paruparong Bukid."
2. Lullaby-It is sung to send a baby to sleep. "Tulog Na" is an example of a lullaby.
3. Children's Songs-These refer to songs that adults sing or teach to children. songs that children sing among themselves, and songs which children compose on their own.
"Ako ay May Lobo" is a common example of a children's song.
4. Serenade - It is a song consisting of several movements with no fixed form. It is usually played outside a woman's house by a beau or an admirer at night to develop their
romantic relationship. One of its most famous examples is "O llaw."
5. Work song - This is a song that inspires people at work. One particular example of a work song is "Magtanim ay 'Di Biro."

Fitness is the ability to live a happy, healthy and productive life. In seder to achieve fitness, daily exercise is necessary. The major muscles in the body like the triceps, biceps,
quadriceps, and hamstrings are strengthened and endurance attained if training is provided.

The health-related components that are needed to be considered are the following:
1. Body composition - refers to the relative amount of muscle, fat, bone and other vital parts in the body. It is also important to manage body weight.
2. Flexibility-refers to the body's range of motion. It is the ability to stretch, bend and twist.
3. Muscular endurance- refers to the ability of the muscle to continue to perform without fatigue.
4. Muscular strength-refers to the ability of the muscle to exert force during an activity.
5. Cardiovascular endurance refers to the ability of the body's circulatory and respiratory systems to supply energy during sustained physical activity.
FITT is an exercise program where an individual is free to plan his or her fitness design according to his or her own needs. Regardless of age, a FITT can always provide a
guide for children or adults in doing physical activities that will meet their body's needs by considering the frequency, intensity, type and time their chosen activities. program

The acronym FITT means:

F Frequency refers to the number of times an individual does the exercise. For example, he or she may choose to work daily or three times a week.

I Intensity refers to the level of difficulty of the chosen exercise or physical activity. For example, the individual starts to do curl-ups for three minutes daily, and does it even
longer like five to ten minutes or

T Time-refers to the duration of the exercise. For example, the individual does a chosen exercise for a period of time he wants like walking for an hour.

T Type- refers to the kind or type of exercise or physical activity a certain individual has chosen. For example, walking, jogging, curl-ups, and other accessible forms of
exercise.

Rhythmic gymnastics is a form of gymnastics in which dance like movements may be combined with the manipulation of hand apparatus

Consume dairy products that are low in fat.
Drink lots of water, and avoid sugary drinks.
Use herbs, vinegar, mustard, or lemon, rather than fatty sauces to flavor your food.
