I. Domain Objectives:
Knowledge Locate the geometry of the chessboard;
Skills Create a chessboard and an improvised chess pieces following the correct measurements and color
coding of the squares;
Attitude Recites the square name in the chessboard through its files and ranks.

III. Procedures
a. Introductory Activity ( 5 Prayer
minutes) Checking of Attendance
Recall/ revies previous topic.
- Indoor Recreational Activity
b. Activity ( 5 minutes) Let the students guess the object in the picture by doing the game FIND ME!
Mechanics:
1. The students will find their classmates by locating their seats through vertical
(numbers) and horizontal (alphabetical)
2. Each column or vertical row of their sets has an alphabetical assignment.
3. The horizontal row seats has a numerical assignment.
4. Locates/Find the students through the names of vertical and horizontal name.
5. The teacher will pick a number and alphabet using a dice, and then the students
who will found is the one will guess the object and so on and so forth.
c. Analysis ( 5 minutes) Ask the students.
1. How do you successfully find your classmates?
2. What is the technique to find them?
3. Do you know the object/pieces on the picture shown?
4. How to make an improvised chessboard?
d. Abstraction ( 20 minutes) Brief Discussion of Indoor Recreational Activities (Chess: Chessboard angel

e. Application ( 10 minutes) Do the Activity. (Refer to the Activity in LAS 3rd Quarter Wk-2)
